but the rare items would be a one-of item.

The weapons / armor would have multiples, too.

bloodwell vial, +1, uncommon, 350 GP
half-plate armor +1 (AC), 1100 GP
pearl of power, uncommon, 350 GP
Total= 1800 GP

Would Bhelmyr be able to haggle the prices down at all? Here's checks for each if I can.

01:15, Today: Bhelmyr Godstouched rolled 23 using 1d20+6.  Haggle: Pearl.

If there's only one Pearl of Power Tali can have it. If that's the case, could I apply that 23 to haggling for the armor? Or just let it help her price?

 - quiver of ehlonna, uncommon, 450 GP
 - arrows +1 (hit/damage) x 50, rare, 5 GP each

Bhelmyr is able to haggle :
- the price of the pearl down to 300 GP
- the price of the vial down to 320 GP

Myra is able to haggle :
- the price of the bracers down to 300 GP
- the price of the periapt down to 220 GP
- the price of the quiver down to 410 GP
- the price of the arrows down to 4.5 GP each (225 GP for all 50 arrows)

The adventurers can find multiple pearls of power and periapts of wound closure.
Thus, Bhelmyr and Myra 's haggling could influence the prices of those items for the other adventurers,
as Bhelmyr and Myra could purchase them for the other adventurers.

if you get all 50 arrows for 225 GP.

yep yep that's correct I paid the 1485gp that I had and 200sp in addition to essentially bump it up 1505gp. Do I need to find a vendor or someone to exchange the silver for gold?

If there is nothing else the adventuring party wishes to do in Fishtown,
we can move along to the travel-towards-the-bandit-lair.

The travel will take a full day, so a decision will need to be made as to whether-or-not
the party wishes to camp some distance from the lair and approach in the morning,
or approach in the darkness after a full day of travel.

If I was an adventurer, I'd want to camp and approach after a full rest,
but that will also mean that precautions be made overnight,
due to camping so close to an enemy lair.

I'd vote we camp and take turns doing a watch.

Second that idea.

Feel free to discuss the plan.

- camp how far from the entrance to the Star Cairn ?
- it'll be rough, rocky terrain with rocky pathways
  through the hilly / mountainous land.
- you have a bunch of horses to think of, too.
- watches, precautions, etc.

Maybe stop a few hours away, have the smaller and quieter of our party scout ahead, while the rest of us make camp. Scout out a good spot to leave the horses once we do attack. Have 2 on watch at the same time overnight (Matrim offers to take part of second). Try and camp a little off he road, so someone can also watch it until night.
