Chapter Four : Greyhawk City

----------------

Myra will head towards the light with Bhelmyr ready for a fight should there be one.

----------------

The MAP !

D15 : spiral stairs UP
D26 : spiral stairs DOWN

----------------

D15 : Lower Landing

Spiral staircase leading up to the dungeon level already explored.
A doorway in each of the five walls. A large black rune, identical to
the one in the room above, but with a smaller rune floating above it, hangs in
the air. Each rune is located above a small glowing dot.

1. A very faint light source exists down the passageway, lighting up a nearby chamber ... very faintly.
The light flickers a little bit, making Myra think it may be somehow natural, or, if magical,
less magically-consistant than the strange magical darkness engulfing the otyugh chamber.
Nothing can be heard or smelt.

2. Pitch black darkness. Numerous odd smells remind Myra of recent times walking through an
open-food market in Greyhawk or Hardby, with many exotic smells hitting the nose. The smells
do not smell like food ingredients that Myra would use, however.
Some smells are rather unpleasant.

3. This led to D16 and D17 : Prison, where the adventurers are now.

----------------

Myra and Bhelmyr head down the dimly-lit passageway, and into ...

D19 : ENCHANTMENT FOYER

This room is furnished with large pieces of stone that probably served
as tables and couches
. Two rectangular slabs are arranged on opposite
ends of the room, with a taller round pillar and an exit near each one.

Myra and Bhelmyr can see some things strewn about the room,
such as pillows, blankets, and drinking utensils.

A single lit candle rests upon one of the stone slabs.
A small amount of wax seems to be melted, but not much.

The adventurers can also see the two unexplored exits on opposite sides of the room.

(three passages leading from this room, including
the one Myra and Bhelmyr entered through
)

Tali follows Myra and Bhelmyr, down the hall slowly and comes to a stop behind them. "Looks like some communal sleeping area" She muttered, looking at the candle, she nodded towards it. "Maybe someone was here recently?"

Chapter Four : Greyhawk City

Bhelmyr moves into the room and has a closer look at the
lit candle resting upon one of the large stone slabs.

Bhelmyr notices that the candle is actually a very
life-like marble sculpture
/ carving ! It has a
small magical flame burning just above it,
making it look like a real partially-lit candle.
(until a closer look is taken, obviously)

Bhelmyr examines what must be the latest in home decor, and says, "This is a magic candle, made to look like a partially melted candle. What will they think of next!"

Chapter Four : Greyhawk City

Matrim enters the room slightly after Bhelmyr appraises the decor, and having no eye for furnishings himself, tries to peer down the two new exits.

Chapter Four : Greyhawk City

Matrim peers down the two new exits.

Matrim can see in the very low light provided
by the nearby magic candle, that a chamber
is a short distance along each new hallway.

The chamber to the north is lit with a very faint
weird green glow
, while the chamber to the west
is dark.

Matrim can't see any further details
unless he moves into one of the hallways.

Tali looked at Bhelmyr with a slight tilt of her head. "Unusual to say the least - a magic sculpture made to look like a candle. Fascinating"

Once looking at it, she saw Matrim move, and decided that following him would be best
