The heroes go back down the coastline from the remains of Roderic's home to the town proper. For some reason the way back seems to take twice as long but perhaps that was slower going because of the wounds they had taken or the trials they had faced.

It was only mid afternoon when they arrived at the edge of town and the townfolk cast them sidelong glances as they entered. Drenched repeatedly in tainted water, attacked by undead insects and haunted spirits, the group was a sorry looking sort. When they arrive at the inn the keeper, Thevin scowls at them.

<grey>"What happened, did you fall off the cliff or something? Go wipe your boots off so you're not tracking mud everywhere and go dry off by the fire."</grey>

"Everything was nasty. Any chance of a bath? Like, a hot one?"

Amara damn well had her priorities in order and a debriefing or information sharing session could wait an hour or two so she could feel Elvin again.

"With soap! Oh wait, I have soap..." She said idly as she followed Amara.

"I want a drink."

"Let's soak in a tub with drink... and food!" Kamea said as her stomach made it obvious how hungry she was. "Is there a public bath in town?"
