White Lynx:
The Impersonator:
"Oh, yeah, him. He's a little scary. He's got powers like that Scorch Scale guy-- y'know, fire-breathing-- but I don't think that's his real power. I think he just stole that power-set from someone else like Scorch Scale. I think his real power is doing magic. The Cogster and the Feds had all kinds of super-science stuff built into his cell so he couldn't do any-- I'd watch out for him now that he's loose."
"Hmm. That might be difficult to handle. Do you know how he obtains other people's powers at all, Impersonator? I imagine it's probably part of some magical ability, but you're kind of the expert here! Plus, I imagine it's a little odd seeing someone with rather similar abilities to yours."
"You know... Hold that thought, Impersonator." Lynx watched as two of her fellow heroes blasted into the prison area after Blackjack and the confusing Captain Cosmos. A large part of her was practically
elated that she didn't have to deal with that headache of a spaceman for now and wanted to just get a move on to dealing with the magical power thief, but... The Impersonator and Blue Dragon were okay for now, that Twist hero was taking care of the techie, and there were still many agents swarming the place. Without that Captain in the way, they were likely to be able to take charge of the situation decently and make things reasonably safe out here. And, while Goodwill could come back from the dead, there was no telling what could happen inside the prison proper. As much as she didn't want to get involved there, she had a job to do.
"Stay safe! I'll tell the suits that you're not doing any harm and not to target you. Duty calls."
With a small salute and sparks flying around her feet, Lynx shot off, zipping over to a handful of agents to briefly inform them that The Impersonator and Blue Dragon were safe and taken care of. Shortly after making her report, she was off once again, bursting into the prison area.
