She remained by the Elevator her fist closed tight. Holding in her emotions was cancerous to her. But she didn't just kill Willy nilly. And once she began she'd become something worse. She didn't want to even hear imitation Justin Bieber's voice again. She was convinced if she was on a team not only would she get him killed but she'd look into his eyes as the light went out of them and laugh. He had gotten under her skin and only one thing should be under her skin..

"Alright, so sooner or later, we might get on the wrong side of someone like Iron Man depending on the day," Spider-Man concluded after the speech. "That's a good thing to know beforehand, at least there won't be any surprises there." Judging by the nature of the group,  he shouldn't treat any opponents he has like he had been with the smaller time criminals he had been facing.

William looked at Kevin, Wondering if that was a joke Question, he was sure he had introduced himself. But whatever at least the first question was easy.
 Apologies Kevin,  My name is William Naslund. And you can call me William. He turned to Spiderman.

Yes it could be a possibility. We are not looking to fight people like Iron man, or Capt. And I am not saying that we are going in for a kill should we face someone like Hydra or Iron Monger, But the way we may need to get information, the way someone could get Hurt. Some of the means to our ends could be frowned upon by people like Capt. I want to be clear that we will be taking risks.

While he was paying attention to what was being said and what the others were doing, acting like, behaving, etc., Bloodrager's gaze was all over the room as the big, red man looked over everything from where he stood next to Dr. Octopus. This might not be a dungeon, as William had told him, but still... there was always something new to take notice of and perhaps learn from.

Hearing William say that they would be breaking laws brought his full attention to bear on the man, even a bit of emotion - shock - on the red man's bearded face. The crimson light of his ring intensified and took on a coruscating effect circling the band. He kept listening, observing, unsure of how much of this human behavior he was interpreting correctly.

With a nod to Naslund, the Green Goblin held up his "just a moment" finger and walked over to Harbinger. "Hey," he said in a quiet voice, "don't go. Bieber over there is just puffing out his chest because he's scared of you. You should be proud of that, not angry about it. Let him preen. Worse comes to worst, we use him as a meat shield and go home happy. Whaddya say? Seriously, I need to see you in action. One mission. If it still blows whale dick you can always kill the rest of the team and jet."

Happy?  She paused her head turning like an owl's to face one. "What is Happy? Is it like the rush of pleasure watching a molester choking on his severed Vienna Sausage? I don't understand.  Movies depict happiness as dating, petting a puppy, drinking lemonade under an umbrella in the park. I don't get it. I enjoy what I do but the rush is always gone too soon. What is I don't understand . What being happy is.  All I want to do right now is tear boyband into confetti. And I am forcing myself not to." she explained  despite her tone being aggressive her arms were back to their usual talons instead of weapons.

"Well, yes, happy can be all of those things." He paused for a moment, gathering his thoughts, giving the snarkier ones a break for tea. "Happy is being delighted by something, like a job well done. But it also means to be favored by fortune. And you look like someone fortune favors. And what fortune really favors is the bold. And you're that, too. So come on. Make yourself a seat again."

She growled slightly and returned to the group. She leaned against the wall arms crossed not asking any questions. She had private business with the man later. She closed her eyes and tried to focus on her breathing. Inhale, count to four, exhale, count to four. She had to clear her mind. The Pain, Fear, and Rage was so much of her being she didn't know who she what she would be without it. But this new rage was suffocating.

William Gave a slight nod to Green Goblin.
One crisis averted, He continued to look at the others.  Making sure to catch each of their looks and their questions before continuing. He looked over at Bloodrager. Hoping he understood the speech.

"William," said the Goblin, nodding back to Naslund and rejoining the group, "maybe we could get a quick rundown on everybody's skill set? For myself," he added with a flourish of his hand and a small bow, "I'm a great cook, a snappy dresser, can hurl bombs, fly with assistance, spear things from a distance OR up close, strike fear into the hearts of d-bags, shoot blasters from my wrists, some other things, and maybe, if you're nice, I'll show you what I look like under my mask some day."

Those white-on-white eyes were looking straight at William, and his expression wasn't as emotionless as it frequently was. Not confused, not about to go nuts in a barbarian rage, but more of somewhat shocked and perhaps a bit betrayed.

Ai felt somewhat intimidated by those who were gathered, Looking from Otto to the red Bloodrager, Green Goblin to the woman who looked similar to Spiderman.(Speaking of which, look at him too.) She must be Harbinger. Then she glanced at Darkstar. She had no particular opinion of him as of yet, and smiled when anyone looked her way. Then to White Witch. And finally The Barbarian.

They didn't seem to come from any sort of educated plan of attack or picked for their particular skill sets nor their disposability. Well, maybe that last one.

Quietly, Ai stalked the room with her eyes.

After a moments startled hesitation, Two cleared her throat. "They call me Two. I'm am onmilinguist and am completely invulnerable to physical attack. I'm fairly adept at inter-personal relations and am well versed in accounting."

She gave Goblin a small, personable smile. "And I make a mean Beef Fried Rice."

"Two cooks," Kevin said.  "Things are looking up."

"As for me and the supers stuff, I have this... I dunno exactly.  Energy or something.  Weird.  Kinda creepy, really.  I can use it do things.  Fly.  Blast stuff.  Make stuff.  A few other tricks you guys'll probably get to see over time," Kevin told them.

"I'd show you some, but maybe not here where we're gonna live," he said, then looked at Green Goblin.  "Oh, wait, you might get a kick out of this.  I've heard you say something about criminals being cowardly and superstitious."

The energy was never far away and its pitch darkness flowed from Kevin's hands and then coalesced into a wide, sturdy ladder with wide steps forming a kind of flat-edged triangle with the supporting section.  The ladder was again pitch black and seemed to almost absorb ambient light from the room.  Kevin walked under it and it faded out like a mirage.

"Yeah, not so much," he told Goblin then looked to the rest.  "And yeah, I've maybe gotten into a little mischief here and there.  But it means I'm pretty good at get into areas that are restricted and I've made some friends in low places, which should be helpful, 'cause figure a good 70 percent of what we're doing is gonna involve finding people who really don't wanna be found."

"No, not a maid. Although that might be a fun change of pace; magic does make cleaning quite easy." She replied with a smile. It looked she would have said more, but stopped when she saw William making his entrance.


During William's short explanation, Galina didn't look flustered by the revelations of lawbreaking and potentially bumping into powerful figures. Perhaps she had heard it earlier or maybe she just didn't mind. Either way, her attention was more focused on those around her and their reactions to his words.

When it came time for show and tell, Galina spoke up. "I am White Witch. I've been helping people out in the Boston area. I practice magic and am comfortable with a number of spells. I can trace connections, make things kind of fly, link spaces, and a few other things. I don't consider myself a warrior, but I should be able to provide support. And yes I've tried wearing the appropriate hat. While it looks stunning, it is unfortunately far too impractical."

Then turning her attention to William, she asked a question. "William, you said that 'as of today there is no affiliation with S.HI.E.L.D'. Is SHIELD turning a blind eye to us or are they truly unaware of this facility? Are they going to come knocking when they don't get a weekly report or the first time you cause trouble?"

Evelyn let the symbiote shift in form soon she was an African American woman in a police uniform then she be amended an Asian woman in a doctor's outfit , then she became an male italian plumber before shifting back. Her hand became a claw, then a scythe, then a hammer, then a crossbow, then a key ring. She then grew tentacles out of her back like the ones from before with snapping mouths and barbed spikes. As her form returned to normal once more she turned one hand into a blade and severed her arm. The suit slithered away from the severed arm and reattached to her body before tentacles grabbed her arm absorbing it back into her form after a few seconds she wiggled her fingers from her severed arm and then flipped Justin Timberlake the bird."Any questions?"

"If we're doing that," Spider-Man says before continuing, "Then I can add in that I'm able to stop most moving vehicles with only my hands. Then there's my spider-sense that gives me a decent amount of time to react to most things if I'm actually paying attention, most people should have a hard time breaking out of my webs, and I personally like using them more than a roll of duct tape. And I should still have the high score for Tetris at an arcade somewhere."

Kevin gave Harbinger a little smirk as she flipped off and said, "A couple-three.  Can you do voices and mannerisms along with the disguises?  Is there a time limit on how long you can maintain them?  And do you have to shift back to your... I dunno, base form to use the body-ahifting weapons stuff or can you do it while disguised?"

William Saw Bloodrager’s look it was hard to say if he hadn’t asked the question if Bloodrager was looking at him, but the expression on his face let him know he was. He was going to address the issue with Big Red but then Goblin piped in.

William was not expecting a show and tell of powers but was happy with the exchange between the group. He was about to answer White Witch but turned to look at Harbinger. He arched a brow as Harbinger severed her arm and reattached it.

Uhm.. He shook his head and looked back to White Witch.

Yes White Witch, S.H.I.E.L.D. will be turning a blind eye on Task Force. I have been supplied with what I think was needed for us as basics for the base and the group, but we will not have S.H.I.E.L.D. agents roaming the hall or out in the field to help or S.H.I.E.L.D. breathing down our neck on every mission. They do know of the facility as this was an old S.H.I.E.L.D. Base.

As for reports the only “report” I will be sending to  S.H.I.E.L.D. and to whomever needs it in either the military or local authorities,  is the list of names of people we encounter and who they are. But that is only cause this is the purpose of this group and what I said I would do.  Other than that there will not be a weekly briefing report of the team or what we have done. He looked around the room

As for causing trouble, As long as we do not causing treason, endangering the World , start wars with other countries and such. S.H.I.E.L.D. will stay out of our business.

She waited for The boss to finish his explaining about their connection to shield. She then answered the annoying guy's questions. "I can keep up the disguises indefinitely but you try living your life seeing a stranger in the mirror. voices are easier than mannerisms that takes research and I've yet to pull off convincingly walking like a man. And I can make weapons in disguise but it doesn't look natural."she didn't bother explaining how long items detatched from her lasted. She didn't like sharing her weaknesses with enemies.

Galina nodded at William's response. It was what she had been expecting, but it worth having it stated outright. Having disagreements with powerful 'superheros' was one thing, making enemies of powerful organizations was a little different. She wouldn't have minded either way, but the others seemed less comfortable. Hopefully this would relieve some of their concerns.

She had anticipated questions regarding her magic, but was more than content to simply watch  and listen to the others. It was a good reminder how.. unique their group was going to be.

"Not... SHIELD? Than where, who, crystal heart having?" the big red man asked, his voice tense and eyes still focused on William. When he had given Sword of Cup to SHIELD after the realization that, impossible as it seemed, humans were single-unit beings, he had handed over four of the barbarian's seven graces to the human authorities as part of that pledge, heart, mask, way, and staff. If they weren't part of SHIELD here, in what care was that absolute leash of obedience over this unit, the one vital nexus in the assimilated man's altered biology? He needed to know.

William realize Bloodrager's shock. But still couldn't make heads or tails of this personality. William looked at him. Sword can you bring the servant back please? he asked. Remembering that that persona could form coherent sentences.

A long blink. The ring dimmed to just the rune glowing weakly.

"Sir?" asked Sword of Cup, his expression bewildered and his body language more than a bit frightened.

Looking quickly to Doc Ock knowing he would have his hands full.

The red man looked aside unhappily. "No. No it isn't, sir. I... we... I... urm, Heart of Heart is bothered about the idea you might have me break the law on purpose rather than unintentionally. And we're both, urm," He then said something in Russian before returning to English, "about not knowing who has the Crystal Heart." A pregnant, worried pause as he looked down, then back up, sad and depressed. "If... if I understood what Heart of Heart just said... my soul is inside of it."
