Marvel’s Movie world setting rebooted.
This is happening after the events of Avengers 4 infinity End Game… well my version.

THEN

After the massive battle on earth and in space during Infinity END GAME the Avengers, GotG, The Defenders and S.H.I.E.L.D and a mysterious being called Adam Warlock who helped in battling Thanos with his infinity gauntlet, it had left the  world near total destruction.

Most of the heroes did not make it out alive during the fight, in the final stage of the battle the earth was starting to crack in half and separate,  Adam Warlock was able to get the upper hand and get the gauntlet from the mad titan Thanos.

Leaving him with no choice Adam Warlock had taken the decision to reset the world and put things right by removing the threat of Thanos and resurrecting the heroes, As Adam Warlock was in mid gesture to right the wrongs and banish Thanos a mysterious blast hit Adam and the gauntlet causing the stoned to shatter and the gauntlet to disintegrate. The shock-wave surged through time and space causing the desired effect to rippled and the results created a new timeline and reality, EARTH 922

NOW

The world is just starting to get familiar or have heard rumors of people with superpowers and new heroes are starting to make their appearance along with some powerful Villains,

S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Maria Hill has put William Naslund in charge of a new division called TASK-FORCE. The main purpose is to 1st recruit a team of these
Heroes and use them to help locate other heroes and villains around the globe.

Will be starting to look for players July 30. Will be on vacation next week so will start posting an add and opening the board then.
All Marvel characters welcome but as a bonus they can have your own twist to them.
All original characters also welcome.

I won't list any of the known heroes until we have some players, this will avoid any confusion and allow you to take any hero without having to hold them to a standard not set by you.

 I will make a list after we have a team up an running,

Ok guy’s you can write what you wish for your character and their actions but theirs ONLY, you are never to assume what others do or how they react Especially for Battles.

So one example is: (you can post in 1st person or 3rd person I don’t mind)

Looking at the monster I plant my feet, ready to leap at it, Hoping the force of my blow will penetrate the field in front of it.
William bends his knees, the ground below him starts to rumble slightly as the force under him starts to generate. With a loud Boom He launches head onto the monster his fist extended in front of him. (this is where the action would end.)

I will post the result of the action effect and  a counter actions
Ex:

William’s Fist connects with the field around the monster. The impact sends a shockwave through the area sending a small crowd of gathered people flying back into the glass windows and against the brick walls. His fist shatters the field surrounding the creature and connects right on it’s jaw sending slimy saliva mixed with blood to spew to the monsters right side splattering against the wall.

The creature roars and as William’s momentum carries him over the monster one of its Tendrils grabs Williams foot, it squeezes the foot and prepares to launch William in the opposite direction…

This would allow you a chance to post up what you could try to do to avoid the creatures counter action.

The momentum shift is to quick for William and he knows the impact will be harsh. He braces for the hit by trying to prep his laser gun for the next attack.

Another sample to not assume action is if your character was to “automatically” grab someone to prevent them from leaving a room or doing an action. Please specify that you are attempting to grab but do not finish the action and continue it with other actions assuming the acquired result

for example : you grab Rogue’s arm, spin her around and Slap her in the face.
I think this example clearly demonstrate how many possible outcomes would or could happen to your character.

REMINDER / Refresher FOR all Players,
Since there are a few boards up i wanted to refresh this for everyone

Another Example if another person is around  DO NOT ASSUME ACTIONS

 So is if your character was to “automatically” grab someone to prevent them from leaving a room or doing an action. Please specify that you are attempting to grab but do not finish the action and continue it with other actions assuming the acquired result
