Misread: "The Characters are Already Horses"

...Now I want an RPG about a group of friends who are horses. The steeds of an adventuring party. (Ponies for halflings, of course... and maybe a huge tiger for the barbarian.) Your goal is to save the world by ferrying the adventures around everywhere and trying to keep them alive.
