Have your PCs all be the reincarnation of historical figures from the story past. The Fairy Queen, The Arcana Empress, etc and give them absolutely OVERPOWERED abilities to see what they do.

--The Warlord: giving orders, strategy, mass battles

--The Druid Chieftain: weather, beasts, plants
--The Holy Fool: fearless, laughter, underestimated
--The Thief: stealing, stealth, shadows
--The Dweller Below: monsters (but not ghosts), caves OR water, psychic
--The Chef: food, healing, parties
--The Musician: touching the heart, sound, listening
--The Weapon: weaponless combat, inner peace, lightning speed

Reincarnated: +3 (But if it fails, it also fails spectacularly!)
Everything else: -1, -1, 0, +1
