[Act I, Scene V] The Grapes of Abradac
A nice, intact wall. Undamaged crops still in tidy rows. Wholesome looking buildings. Brodd had been so sure there would be obvious signs on strife in this war-torn land. Maybe it wasn't quite so war torn?
After scanning the building for a good minute, he gestures to the party to hunker down by the stones and keep out of sight.
"The skull still is a warning," he reasons, trying to make sure the scouts aren't overconfident or lacking of caution. "Be careful, see if anyone inhabits the place, and then return. If it is deserted we had best be on our way to find the baroness."
After a nice lunch, of course. And there was no point in letting an abandoned batch go sour, either. Brodd is sure Amalrik could take care of such a potential problem single-handed!
