The Great Herding Of Cats (Players) and the GMs Journey.
1. When a player can't respond in time, the PC is assumed to follow the general orders that your party leader (currently Brother Brodd) gives during his turn, unless they PM me otherwise in advance. Any followers you pick up along the way will also defer to the party leader.
Sure thing, I will tend toward common sense and not send anyone off to their doom (even the thief heheh)
2. I need the party leader to illustrate what the party formations will be for single file, double file, and open field. The pixie of course is a special case, assume he can fly anywhere in the formation or maybe ride on the dog if they become friends. I assume the dog will stay near Regdoc and will follow his master's orders instead of Brodd.
Alrighty here is a rough draft
Single file
Amalrik the Barbarian
Regdoc and Hound at his side
Eron Windblade the pixie buzzing around
Brother Brodd the Ill-Equipped
Sasar the Wizard
Creston the Elf
Iffy the Thief
Double File
Amalrik and Creston
Regdoc and Hound
Brodd and Sasar
Iffy and Eron
Open Field
I assume we'll have a scout who ranges a bit ahead, otherwise same as double file but more spaced out on average depending on terrain: close packed in forest and on hiking trails, wide gaps in meadows and on beaches
3. I need the party leader to determine sleeping shifts. Ideally two to a shift, leaving time for spellcasters to study and pray for spells uninterrupted. I also assume the dog will provide an extra layer of warning.
As far as I know only Creston and Sasar cast spells at level one. I assume only Eron has night vision/infravision, so middle watch for him. That leaves as a suggestion:
First Watch Redgoc and Hound
Second Watch Eron and Amalrick
Third Watch Brodd and Iffy
