I'm counting 15 players in this current game. It's fun, but it's hard too handle, and we've already lost more than one player because they though it was too hard to keep track.

Proposal: If your PC dies, I'll invite you to separate game. Same world, different continent. Possibly with a Middle Eastern flavor. I'll do my best to keep the two campaigns in the same size population (6-7?) And theoretically if your PC dies in the other game, you might get shunted back to this game to balance out the party.

Works for me. What about not so much that a character dies but the shock of the injury transports him to this other dimension and vice versa, sort of a dream state while healing/recovering from the injury.
