Landor rubs his temples and shakes his head. “I wish. It’s actually much worse. My instincts were correct, but I was not going to assault someone without proof. The light will shine upon her someday.”

The samurai watches but doesn't say a word. When she changes, his sword is drawn and she dissapears. Tai looks at the group, tilting his head to the side "That is very much not good." He repeats what the elf spoke, almost perfectly and in the same tone. Odd. He then rubs his temple as if doing the same as the cleric before looking over at the closed door and going over to it, motining for the rogue to check it out.

Lyrian shakes her head and goes over to the door at Tai Chi's suggestion, checking it over with exacting care.  "Do you know what she was, Landor?"

Gar, confused by the woman and her change, loomed on the empty place and snorted. "Magic" he muttered as the others discussed the woman.

"We see her again and I'll bury my axe in her skull." it was not said in anger or frustration, just a confident statement.

Landor shook his head at Lyrian’s question. “No but anything that looks demonic like that can’t be good.”

Thoren seems to be lost in thought as he try's to put a name to what just happened. I've heard  a lot of stories about demons,over the years.

After a long pause for thought Thoren looks at the party.Well one thing is for sure that was not a women at least not the normal type. It was definitely a demon perhaps a weaker form of a succubus. from what little I know about demons, we could be in big trouble if we have to fight her. That creature is quite powerful. Obviously she can fly, her wings aren't just for show. she'll be resistant to most normal attacks, I think a weapon would have to be magic to even hurt her. Magical attacks such as fire, acid and maybe even electricity, probably won't hurt her either, in fact affecting her with any spell would be hard. Like me she can see in the dark,charm her enemy's and weaken anyone she attacks. She can also speak any tongue and communicate telepathically. She can also teleport and possibly gate in other demons. Like I said fighting her could be a problem.

Gar listened to Thoren's words with a bit of consern. "If that sucuwhattie was as powerful as you say, it could have stayed us all. And if it's truly as evil it would have. Why then do we stand?"

Far listens to Landors words and nods...He will be more prepared next time

He looks to Gar and shrugs. “Probably because it wouldn’t be any fun for her just to kill us.”

I have heard that powerful magic users can bind demons to this plane with spells or items. Perhaps she needs help getting back to the abyss. The sturdy little dwarf follows the rest of the group across the room to the door.

The kenku decides to open the door. He is able to do it, not triggering any traps.

The room is moldy and very stuffy. It just reeks of mold. It has a bed and a small endtable. Nothing seems odd.

Landor gazed into the room looking to where the magical auras were coming from while covering his mouth with a cloth.

Far, standing on the edge of the doorway, sniffed with a grimace on his face. "Why can't these places ever smell smell better. If it isn't decay and mould, it's death."

He looked at the others and shrugged

stepping up next to the sturdy little dwarf pulls a silk rope from his pack. there's alot of really nasty molds and fungus's in the tunnels where I grew up, it could be real dangerous to just walk in there. Holding out the rope he adds I've got a pretty good resistance to poisons. I'll go in as long as Gar will hold on to the rope to pull me out should I go down.

Lyrian covers her face with a kerchief, and edges into the room slowly, examining it for a few minutes to see if anything is interesting, informative, or valuable.  "Yes, some mold nearly ate us a while back.  And a puddle."

The rogue finds a small compartment hidden behind the bed.

"Huh, something under here.  Just a moment."  She'll examine it for any further security measures, then bring it out onto the bed to open it and examine its contents.

The barbarian walks up behind the woman quietly so as to not disturb her.

He looked around protectivly.

Landor turns to keep an eye on the room they were just in to make sure the devil woman wouldn’t sneak up on them.

Thoren stands guard beside Landor, Keeping watch while the other two search the room, So how did you guys find out about this place, did someone send you all here are you just exploring on your own?

A small silk pouch bulging with gold, which Lyrian counts out to be one hundred and ten pieces.

A cat's eye gem that Lyrian estimates at seventy gold

Three scrolls, which she hands over to Landor to examine.

Landor examines the scrolls.

The cleric passes them over to Thoren. “They seem to be Arcane in nature. Maybe they will be of better use to you.”

Gar looks at the items over her shoulder and shrugs. The barbarian had no interests in the pieces of paper that magic users favored....he couldn't even read it. The gem and coin was mildly interesting, but could be divided later. "Let's keep moving....there's a magic user down here according to that weird lady thingy, let's find him. We can seperate gold later"
