Gar, still walking slowly, took aim with his bow, targeting a goblinoid. His shot true, struck with less force than he had intended.

Landor sees Gar take a full volley of arrows as well as some of the others get hurt. He slams his mace against his shield like a gong rhythmically three times. The sound reverberated encouraging everyone to fight on. “Go ahead and charge them. I’ve got your back.”

Roywin will advance between the trees a few more but when she sees Gar being attacked she decides to move to action.
She will cast one arrow and throw it to the closest archer.

Lyrian, hearing the yells up ahead, hastens her pace.  A blade, arrow, or spell delivered too late did no one any good at all!

OOC: Moving up 60, taking penalties if necessary for stealth, so she can see the attackers and hopefully get in range with her magic (with 25 feet).

Tai jumps up, landing on the wall! His blade slices off the head of one hobgoblin and it then sinks into the chest of the other, killing them both!

Roywin moves double as well this turn, moving with dexterity among the trees. As she advances, checks how the spell still has effect on the Hobgoblin.

Crouched below the stone wall, quite impressed with the kenku's skill with the sword, Lyrian concentrates and releases her new magic off across the road, sounding like Gar's frenzied roar and the crashing brush of someone running towards the hobgoblins!

OOC: Casting ghost sound in the opposite direction of Tai and Gar to try to distract the hobgoblins.

seeing the brutal attack of tai, Gar smiled, dropping his bow and taking his double axe out, vaulting over the wall.

He landed with a thud, still bleeding from the three arrows as he swung the massive weapon, hitting once.

Landor runs down the street until he arrives in melee of the hobgoblin closest to the road.

OOC: Run 60 feet into melee of hobgoblin

One of the hobgoblins swings at Gar, hitting him.

Both of the others misses and one collapses as the acid rips into him. The last one seems distracted and then looks wide eyes as the head of his ally is ripped out.

Gar moves forwards and swings at the hobgoblin that hit him, hitting him back.

Tai moves forwards as well, and the blade severes the head from the hobgoblin that Gar attacked.

Lan finally gets up there.

Then suddenly, two wolf-like creatures bursts out of the woodlands by Lan trying to tear into him! They miss, their fiery maws bark out and howl!

Landor is surprised by the strange wolves, but holds his ground. He raises his shield and mace in a defensive posture. “I’ll hold these things at bay while the rest of you kill off the rest and get in position. Gar, get next to me to receive Pelor’s blessings.”

Roywin looks with surprise to the beasts.
"Oh boys! be careful with these creatures! They're not even from this plane, fire doors nothing to them, but they're weak to ice and cold. And careful, when they attack they do it with fire, they have a flaming breath so when it hits it burns you, and can spit fire.

She seems truly concerned, gets a little bit closer and continues.
"Be alert! they are very fast and stealthy, so there may be more we haven't seen yet."
Then she starts casting and a come of colourful lights come out of her hands and impacts the animals.

OoC: move 10 feet and cast Color spray, aiming at the right of the animals so the cone his them but not Landor.

Tai moves forwards, sinking his blade and the hobgoblin slumps to the ground, dead.

Lan gets all defensive as the hellhounds attack and misses!

Roy moves forwards, casting her brilliant spell of colors, and they seem to be hit with it, their eyes go white and they stand there!

Gar moved towards the two dog like creatures, his face a mask of anger. He swiped at one if them, missing it.

Lyrian will head towards Lan's stunned beast-foe, not wanting it to rouse from Roywin's magic, and draws her rapier to skewer it!

With the group teaming up on the hellhouds, they are quickly taken care of. They howl when they are hit, feeling the pain several times until they are dropped.

Appearing next to the illusionist, a nasty looking hobgoblin snears! His blade sinks against the gnome several times, tearing a chunk from her right shoulder!

Coming out of the doorway, is another hobgoblin! This one is armed with some sort of banded armor and a shield! Putting a hand up, it seems to cast something on Tai! He shrugs it off!

Roywin has a mix of surprise and pain shown in her face as the blade enters the flesha and the blood starts pouring. She moves 5 feet away trying to get some distance from the creature. Even wheshe starts whispering something you hear fear in her voice, and with her left hand makes some movements and points at Gar. As her words end, Gar and the wizard exchange positions.
Now the hobgoblin is in front of a impressive half orc with a rageful look and wielding his axe looking directly at him.

OoC: move 5 feet away from the Hobgoblin to disengage.
Action: cast benign transposition with Gar to switch places with him.

SWISH! Both of Roy and Gar swap places!

Landor places a hand on Roy’s shoulder. “Evil shall not afflict the living.” Roy’s wounds completely heal from Pelor’s blessing. The cleric then advances to stand between Lyrian and the hobgoblin with the shield trying to provide some cover. He knew Gar could deal with the one at their backs.
