BTW Tai is Lawful Good but has a hard time communicating. Being stuck in the situation where he doesn't agree with Gar, or Lan or Sertien is rather hard lol! Went with the flow :)

Gar is chaotic in nature as he was raised a slave, so never knew laws other than survival.

And while his actions are questionably on the good side, he is as I see him a neutral which leans more towards good than evil. He's a good man with a temper

He was the nicest guy to everyone, always putting a smile on your face. Coming up with some interesting logic. I was doing courier work in his absence, found out on Friday after a coworker texted me :( He will definatly be missed.

Also keep in mind the group isn't the only barrier. There are guards, some NPCs to defend it. Possibly the mage. It isn't just the group defending the village.

BTW Gar the mage was defending his home. You also insulted him. Being a half-orc, it makes sense. I should do the stats for the mage lol.

Not sure what is open right now. I'm in a couple of 3.5, two PF2e, around 4 5e and another 5 in PF.
And I run one for my friends on a weekly basis. I think I'm well served by now :)
