Sorry guys, I have been dealing with a recurrence of my depression, and so had to cut back for a while on what I was doing so I didn't get overwhelmed.  Nothing like realizing you haven't been on Rpol for a while, and then feeling guilty because you haven't been on, and then feeling too guilty to post because you've been away for too long... it's a vicious cycle.

No worries Lyr. Just take it easy and be gentle with yourself. We're here when you feel better.
