Bard makes more sense since it's most closely related to the Tibbit's favoured class - Rogue.

True but I think Bards don't have all the arcane power of say a wizard or a sorceror nor the spell slots. But man I do like the tibbit bard. Tibbit Bard with Obtain Familiar of a cat.
