Pingbi will take 10 seconds/moves to walk around the edge of the platform, one yard per second, to come within 6 yards of his foe. He is taking all out defense (increased parry) maneuvers. If his foe comes within 6 yards of him, he'll take a different action (but not a wait). Declaring this so we don't have 20 posts that read

I'm not sure if I'm doing this right, but Baogang is going to move within six yards and Evaluate.
