OK.. I think I pretty much done. Character Sheet is updated. The help is much appreciated.

Yes I was using 5th edition in the Character Builder. When I changed it to 6th things got easier.

ok that's better, but still there is a major issue with your character : he doesn't have any rPD or rED at all !

meaning a knife hold by a punk can kill him pretty quickly.. You might gain points by lowering your natural OCV DCV to 6 both, and buying Combat skill levels in HTH. And try getting Resistant Protection in both PD & ED. Say 15 PD & 15 ED natural stats + 10rPD/10rED from powers.

Turns out I messed up some on my character as well. TGK has come up with a fascinating variant... as soon I can straighten out a few points.

I'm good, except for one small tweak -- for SD's Smog-based Drain powers I need to add the AVAD Advantage, so that Life Support defends against it rather than Power Defense; it won't change the cost, but it does make defending against them an all-or-nothing proposition...

Not as much as the western side is shaded by the building itself, but, yes, the alleys are shaded.

I've implemented Language groups. If your character knows a second language (English is primary) it can be used to speak with the following notation, [Language unknown: Est Rom earsomwhi laent olhidi ioname'illrut n Saitei.] and [Language unknown: ers Ceit ssanfoce pr sencerro.]

[Language Arabic: Now I'm telling you about languages in Arabic.] and [Language Mandarin: now I've switched to mandarin.]
