Yes, there were brutes carrying processed iron ore in there, at first. Several of the brutes were thrown or knocked back in, so far. The pyramid, itself, has no reaction to this.

And probably, EDB has dubious taste.  Although it does like Humphrey Bogart movies.  The original Phantom series, Flash Gordon, bodice rippers in general, and bad soaps.  EDB doesn't really understand bad acting. ;)
