07:20, Today: Knockout rolled 7 body damage and 7 stun using the Hero 5th Edition, Killing Attack system.  OCV Roll with Punch. OCV = 8 + 11 +2 -7 = DCV 14 to HIT Pantalones Lobos
07:21, Today: Knockout rolled 39 (with 11 body) using 10 with the Hero (Champions) system.  Damage Roll.
P.Lobos has 23 PD, leaving 16 STUN, and 25% damage reduction, leaving 12 STUN to take
depending on Hatter's action:
00:48, Today: Pantalones Lobos rolled 12 using 20-3d6 (double axe-handle blow).
00:47, Today: Pantalones Lobos rolled 46 (with 16 body) using 12 with the Hero (Champions) system.  double-axe handle blow (reduced penetration).
Knockout must contend with two attacks, each doing 23 STUN and 8 BODY before defenses, therefore she takes no damage.

errr which phase does he "use" ? meaning if he's stunned, he can't actually RECOVER. Or can he with DCV . halved . ? or . reduced to zero . ?

Because, Knockout is just going to . slap him unconscious then.

Technically, running out of STUN pips means a character is unconscious. However, receiving damage that exceeds the CON attribute will stun. He's pretty much beat, but I wanted him to stand up and do the heavy breathing, finger-pointing routine popularized by so many wrestlers.
