They start off in The Rambling Reindeer, a tavern.

A few Pregen Ideas below:

One elf is a Rogue/Tinkerer sort. He's a retired Master Craftsman, formerly in charge of all toy designs and manufacture at the workshop. He can make shit on the fly and is pretty sneaky.

Crusty the Snowman. He's old, salty, and profane, but a cool guy. He's the original snowman, overshadowed by the less cool but more media friendly Frosty. Crusty wears a fedora and is always drinking and smoking a pipe. He'll be built as a Fighter but with a Gifted (or similar AB) that allows him to change size and become a giant snowman. He will also have some magical abilities to reform himself from any amount of water, as long as some amount of him is left. His hat can be used to bring him back into a snowman.

One Wizard who can channel the Christmas Spirit.

A Druid who can take the shape of various polar animals (not a polar bear if the Ranger comes).

A Ranger and his Polar Bear companion. The Polar Bear will be a coke guzzling polar bear.

They will be on a mission to rescue Santa.
