At least you have the threat of demise to keep you sharp. Back when I was first flying patrols off the Solaria, nothing interesting ever happened.

Of course it was probably better that way. ‘May you live during interesting times’ is an universal curse. (Apocryphal or no)

  Long  days of sitting in a Blacked out  fighter, with intruments  dimmed  down to nothing as you wait for Tin Cans to fly past...

 but?  It helped  developed the 'no look' memory based  control  actions...Still? would rather   be scoring points in Pyramid, or shooting  down bad guys..

IMHO, the Canadians do it right. Poutine is quite a treat.

Ketchup for the fries.... honey for the crepes..and coffee..

So the coffee trick I've adopted lately is that I do 40% caf/60% decaf. Still gives some pep but I never feel like it's too much.

yeah? late   wife used  decafe for Tea  and   Coffee.. I have to have  the real stuff!

This is the best of both worlds. I can have, say, three or four cups and not get jittery. But the caffeine still packs a punch.

when i was a letter carrier, I would  drink a coke , while i cased, and  get another Coke  for Launch.. i would need a couple  cups of real coffee  to be able to stay up  and   post!

Post....letter carrier.....there's a joke in here somewhere but I can't find it. Help?

But seriously, try the half-caf method for a bit. It's a winner.

The best coffee drink is still the chemo mocha.  (One cup black coffee plus one chocolate Ensure)

Cool!  Uh, not sure where to jump in; things were peaceful and boring as of my last post, and now we seem to be taking fire.

You were flying CAP when boarders hit the Andromeda rather unexpectedly. Boredom is about to be the least of your worries...

Ah, that moment when you look at your RPoL game list and a game is unexpectedly red. Hurrah!

The bug bit me again and I wanted to surprise people. :)
