Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

Kelly!

I dig the Countersong!

Her rallying song brings folks together.  Gives them some steel.

Your results are:  Slaughter (surprisingly)  We could say her song makes her wing hold until the perfect chance for them to unleash hell at a devastating range, followed by a counter charge.  If you choose this, the Enemy will get -2 to the Battle Roll.

OR

Your inspiring song will help the Lockesburgers hold firm and give McKellar a +2 to his Battle roll

Lost track in all the everything!

In Fairness everyone should have started with 3 Chips.  Kelly and Harry just spent 1.  Have 1 left.  You guys both get a free Chip draw for the fight!

Because...  Heroism!

So does this fight mark the beginning of a "new session" since we're doing a chip refresh and such?

I want to say yes....  That sounds fair...  But somehow, through text, I see a glint in your eye that worries me

Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

Well, mechanically starting a new session generally means a refresh.

New chip draw, etc.

So I don't know if "everyone should have started with 3 Chips" meant, you just wanted to make sure everyone had at least 3 chips going into the mass battle, so if you had less, draw more until you're at 3, or if we're doing an actual start of a new session refresh, so everyone should discard what they had and re-draw their chip allotment.

Forgot to add the next round stuff onto that Trog post.

Fletcher and Kelly are up first this time!

Kelly!  Your Trog is Shaken still.  Youa re also going before his next action, so it is still at Parry: 3 too.

I meant to get an update in before we went on a camping vacation of the weekend.

I didn't.

Tomorrow!  Back to it.

Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

Pretty stressful week at work.  But this week is a vacation, so I will move it along.

Had to train my temporary replacement while still handling a particularly stressful week.  Then had to make sure they had all the notes and information they would need to handle it next week....

Now is just the milder stress of hoping it hasn't gotten worse when I get back.

So where are Harry and Kelly, in relation to the group dealing with Judas Priest?

Quarter mile give it take?

That's a rough estimate, but a longshot on that swing by Kelly.  Trying to look up the range on longsword to calculate the modifier but I can't find it...

Yeah I assumed we had closed in to combat distance between posts.  Perhaps that was incorrect.

Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

It was unclear.  My fault entirely.

Dean was able to come back so I added Judas in the round as a threat for him, while Fletcher techs and Harry & Kelly bring down Drumma.

Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

Ok, so the Judas/Priest is my target or threat?  What's my penalty?  Just a -2 from deflection or is there more like ranged?  Also, am I hidden/stealthing?  Not 100% sure of my situation.

Re: The Nameless Bar - OOC Chatter

He is short range for you.

If you would like to have been hidden you can, but that means the poor Lockesburgers might think their Syker ditched them...

Might be more of a stand up and fight situation, but its your Dean and he fights as you will!

This is Magic Fire, though...I spent extra Power Points on the Lingering Damage modifier for Smite -- the fire is just a Trapping. There shouldn't be a roll, right? Or are you telling me that Modifier is a waste of Power Points?

Also, waiting for Kelly to make the Incapacitation roll so I know how badly she's hurt before I act.
