OOC talk
Alright! That's everyone then. We have someone interested in a cleric, a ranger or druid, a rouge/arcane type, and a bard. I know one person mentioned that they aren't great with weekends so I was curious if anyone else had restrictions as we set up expectations to post.

I expect Tuesdays and Thursdays to be my busiest days for a while. I'm not saying I can't ever post then, just saying it in advance...

I was gonna be the bard... IF there was no special need for anything else in the party... but it feels like we need a straight-up fighter type maybe...?? Maybe I should be that...?

Re: OOC talk
But a bard... seems so essential! To tell the tales of the great heroes (women and men) of the era!! I say we run with it and see what happens :)

Re: OOC talk
I'm a sucker for Bards too, so I'd say do it (plus, this system doesn't seem to require as much balance as something like Pathfinder).

I'm the resident nature lover-- not sure if that means Druid or Ranger yet.

I might be a little quieter on weekends depending on my work schedule and I'll probably be gone for a couple of days next week, but otherwise I should be good!

Re: OOC talk
Does everyone feel an expected post rate of once every 24 hours, excluding weekends is fair? Or do we want to shorten that period?

Re: OOC talk
I'm fine with the once every 24 hours. I was the weekend person... and it's not so much I'm completely incapable, it's just not guaranteed.

hope that helps?

Okay how about
Ranger
Cleric
Bard
Mage

Rangers can do decent damage especially if their animal is ferocious and trained to help fight monsters too...

And by MAGE of course I mean Mage or Immolator, Immolator might be good

To be honest, I'm leaning that direction, but I want to wait until we're done world building before setting it in stone, just to see which way things go

Alright! One more part of the continent drawn and we will start DoW. I think Sarah still has to go, but I may be mistaken.

Re: OOC talk
Yea, I'm not interested in Immolator. I would do a straight up wizard.

Sorry for the wait. I'm planning on playing a cleric. And unfortunately I might be busy over the next few days since I have family who suddenly came over.

Re: OOC talk
I hope you're all cool that I went a bit Earthsea on my segment of the map. I've always had a soft spot for archipelagos (although they're a pain to draw).

Monday sounds good to me, although I may be leaving for a backpacking trip for a few days sometime next week. From what it looks like, missing some days of Dawn of Worlds will just mean I have to spend more points in a later round, though, so it should all be good.
