Subdue/Knock Out is Forceful, and you just state your intention.

Cuffing is Agile.

I would assume that Danger Patrol members don't kill, except by accident or as a rage-filled story plot.

Or self-defense.

I was just assuming Flash would cold cock them and knock them out so we can get them back to HQ on the speeders.

I figure we can chair the wrist and/or leg chains to some bar on the speeder, just in case.
