You still haven't chosen your second nor third arcana. If you pick Animism or Shaping for one of them, you could have Plant Shaping, which would let you part the trees like the waters of the Dead Sea.

Oh. Um, Plant Shaping. Yes.
Make a Perception or Intelligence check at let's say TN 11 this time to use Plant Shaping. This power causes Fatigue, so then you get to roll Self-Control (Willpower), also against TN 11 (a coincidence) to avoid taking a level of Fatigue.

:) I like it. They don't have anything exactly like what I'm envisioning in the rules, though, so I'm treating this check more like Shift Earth under Earth Shaping.
The way they do the shaping powers in this system, in general, is pretty awesome.

Shandril is there, but above the trees.
You can get there in three rounds if you sprint like the wind. (Companions can seriously haul ass. Especially companion donkeys.)
Muqali will be Winded (-1 to all tests, cannot Run nor Charge) for the whole encounter, though.
