10 Years Ago: The time when the Demon Lord rose to power. Next to nothing is known about that time.

Babel: A mass of black tendrils that look like a tower. It has pierced the earth and surfaced in nearly every country. It consumes everything it touches. It obeys the words of only the Demon Lord.

Demons: Creatures seemingly from Mythology. They are utterly monstrous. While magic seems to be effective against them, they cannot be harmed by conventional weapons.

Demon Lord: A mysterious being of unmatched might. Nothing is known about them, and there are no records of it having been seen. It commands both the demons and Babel.

Hunters: People who use their skills to kill demons and protect people as a way to make their living.

Magic: Magic was suddenly introduced to the world 10 Years ago. However, only a few people can use it. Most people who have a talent for it either become hunters or doctors.

The Organization: The last group that stands against the Demon Lord. It is presumed that all other resistance had already fallen to demons. They have developed a method of time travel in order to combat the Demon Lord when its powers are thought to be weakest.

Time Travel: The ability to go through time. While it is said to be possible, no one has proven it.

CURRENT STATE OF THE WORLD

The world is on the brink of annihilation. Demons roam the street and the once over populous human race is on the brink of extinction. Babel continues to grow everyday, leaving nothing but death in its wake.
The once massive cities have been abandoned for smaller settlements, and people have returned to a more simple way of life, living off the land.
