Babylon 5: Who's Who

This thread will be a running list of important NPCs and PCs. The information will be condense, and taken from the information provide by the GM, Co-GMs and the players. If a player is not happy with what we have written about their character, let Caladin (GM) know.

 The idea behind this is to start a `Who's Who' thread to be openly read by all players to use bith in the current IC and future ICs. Also players can cross-reference during character creation and in play- and the information can help the new players later that join the game. Lastly if players should cross paths with one or more of these NPCs they'll have some idea of what the type pf personality they could be dealing with.

Centauri Republic
Vir Cotto
Ambassador Cotto, was born on Centauri Prime to a minor noble family. He has served as the assistant to Ambassador Londo Mollari before Londo become Emperor of the Centauri Republic. Vir is the current Ambassador for the Centauri Republic on Babylon 5. He is well known and even like, considering who held his position before.

Andilo Malachi
Malachi, is a Centauri Noble and Diplomat how has recently advanced to the Assistant to Ambassador Vir Cotto. Vir is the current Ambassador for the Centauri Republic on Babylon 5. Little is know at this time about Malachi other then he was "thrown into the position" without even requesting the job.
