Dungeon Master:
The wizard gains what he wanted for now and heads for the inn. Meanwhile, the barbarian and cleric talk to the baker. Or more like the cleric. Fenris doesn't say a word and stares outside. The baker agrees to give the group six loaves of bread and a variety of nuts and berries before they leave and head for the inn. The warforged makes the small boats, speaking to the 'harbormaster' and then leaves heading for the inn as well.
Inside its a decent inn. There is a set of steps leading upwards to several rooms which are visible from the main hall. In the center is a bar with a large brick area probably for food and another what looks like a chimney straight ahead for warmth. It seems rather quaint. There are several tables and chairs. The mayor looks up and waits for the group to enter.
Ballast says to the boys, "
I wish your ships a good sailing, and yourself a good day." It being the appointed hour, he'll brush himself clean, put away the remainder of his blocks and his whittling knife, and go into the inn. Spying the mayor, Ballast will go and find a good place to stand, being as a wooden chair would snap under his immense weight.
"
Mayor," he says in greeting, and pulls out his new shield to inspect it. "
I was salvaging in the harbor and found this shield in a wreck that had sunk about three hundred feet off shore, perhaps a year ago. Do you recall what ship that was?"
