oh forgot to mention willpower earlier

remember, if you spend all your willpower and Rage you "Lose the bat" and cant shapeshift again till you regain rage

and cant regain rage until you regain willpower.

I never forget that part, never want to lose the Bat..that's why I asked about Rage and how much I got back and how much it cost to use it for shifting to Swarm.

willpower is tougher to recover, I remember you mentioning meditating..

Sleep recovers Willpower

Meditation recovers gnosis.

(Toughest trait to keep)
