he smiles at her, pinball something he's played a few times, so he should be able to hold his own, but what he likes best is how old-school it is in the video game era.

Taking her hand again, they look for a machine that feels right, part of him hoping for a Beauty and the Beast-themed one.

they find one of course with the stylized art of the movie.

he smiles, glancing around to still keep an eye on the others, even as he steps aside, gesturing for her to go first, not just because it's polite, but he thinks she's beautiful and enjoys watching her..

He smiles at how they're doing, or how they're not doing might be a better way to think about it, but he's enjoying his time with her and he takes her hand, giving it a squeeze for a moment before launching his next ball, concentrating, trying to block out the lights and sounds, just playing the ball..

he does his best, working the flippers gently, being careful not to tilt, wanting to at least be close to Yoshimi's score, to make a good showing with each ball.

He manages to pass her by a little bit, having gotten lucky on a couple of bonuses, bowing slightly and stepping aside once his ball drops and it's her turn again.

She smiles And has amazingly good luck.


"Shall we Try this again?"

He smiles, not all that upset about losing, just enjoying their time together..

"Sounds good to me"

As he's waiting for her to start again, he looks around, making sure he knows where the others are and what they're doing, and to make sure they're still having fun as well. Something else occurring to him and he checks his watch, knowing they have plenty of time but wanting to keep tabs anyway since he still needs to talk to Olga about the options for the dinner shows he's found.

he smiles at her, impressed at how good she is and he bows to her, the motion feeling right..

"I have met my match and now is the perfect time to join them"

he softly takes her hand and they head off to join the others..

Olgas frustrated trying a.... what do you call it a grabber game with toys you win and get to keep postly cheap plushies?

(I know the ones and have tried them with mixed results)

They stop when they see what Olga is playing, not something that would seem to fit her yet in a way it does, and for a moment he stays quiet, not wanting to disturb her, but he can sense as well as see her growing frustration..

"Is there one in particular you want? I can give it a try if you'd like"

he makes sure to keep his voice friendly and helpful and not to sound condescending at all, which he isn't trying to be.

(edited some mistakes, and wondering if there's a roll to make to succeed if she wants me to try *S*)

he gets to work, wanting her to have the prize she wants, not getting it the first few tries and becoming slightly frustrated..and yet he smiles at her and forces himself to relax, as if it was any other challenge put before him, and finally, with patience and skill..and more than a little luck, he's able to get her her plushie, pulling it from the chute and handing it to her with a flourish and a smile. looking over to his fiance to see her expression..

Olga smiles "Thank you Samuel"

He smiles back, glad he could get it for her..

"It was my pleasure and you're welcome"

he looks at Yoshimi, still smiling..

"Is there one you would like?"

(I've blanked on what he can call Yoshimi now that they're engaged)

She pauses and point to a unicorn themed plushie.

He smiles at her, turning his attention back to the game machine, seeing getting that for her as a serious challenge since he always likes to impress her and even more so make her happy, focused yet relaxed, hoping he has better luck and gets it in fewer tries than the one he got for Olga..

This time, whether by luck, skill or a combination of both, he manages to snag the unicorn on the first try, taking it from the slot and presenting it to Yoshimi with a flourish and a smile, totally enjoying his time with the two of them, not having forgotten Michelle and Jessica, glancing around to double check where they are without it being obvious.
