He smiles at her..

"Of course you can, let me know what you want and we'll order it..unless you prefer in person shopping"

He's glad he did so well at the casino so he doesn't need to worry about it.

Something occurs to him..

"Is it too early to shop for things we'll need and want after the weddings?"

"Too early to buy a crib & such" she points out

He smiles and nods...

"agreed I was thinking more along the lines of us being a married couple and what we might want and need"

"Suggestions?"

He smiles and reaches for her hand..


"Let's go take a look together, then we can look at my room as well, see which one will eventually be our marital room"

nods "Lets" agrees

Holding her hand softly, he leads er to the room that will be her's first, and quite possibly their's, curious to hear her ideas, to see how much she wants her culture to influence the room, glad that his new room doesn't have alot in it yet, that way it's a good place to start as well.

"Shall we ask how Jessicas doing now that shes a full member of the household Staff" is curious

He laughs softly at her whim..

"Decorating can wait, that sounds like a good idea"

"Shes scarcely more then a child"

"I think were obli g ed to look out for her"

Giving her hand a squeeze, he feels pride in his Lady..

"I've felt that way since she first started here, I'm glad you do as well"

"Lets ask her how things are"

They head off to find her, not wanting to pull her from her responsibilities but wanting to talk to her more than just the quick moment they had when they first arrived at the penthouse.

Yoshimi follows him & asks "Would it peobaly be ok for me to call her dear too?"

they find jessica doing some light dusting

He nods..

"Actually it would be preferred, especially since you're part of the household now"

Pausing until she seems to be at a stopping point before asking..

"can you take a break for a few minutes, jessica dear?"

He hadn't been sticking to it as much as he's supposed to so it sounds a little odd to be using it again, but he knows he's supposed to.

smiles & nods

"Of course sir" smiles"what sdo you need"

He chuckles..

"Nothing at the moment, just a few minutes to talk is all"

Yoshimi smiles "Were wondering how your doing dear how are things now that your on the staff rather than in training to be a staff member"

Jessica nods at the clarification



"Itd reasonably good Im not as capable a chwf as Michelle but a decent enough cook Chef even"


"So the family will probaly be eating out orderingg out a bit more when I take over for her


One other iissued is its such a relief that she's no longer hovering over me with the spoon."



Sighs "But now if she feels physical punishment is called for she is MUCH more liberal with the birch" makes face

As soon as she mentions the birch, he shudders, remembering that incident and how he had to help, almost feeling the physical pain of the punishments he'd received as well, but shaking it off, hopefully without his face betraying him..

After a couple of moments pass..

"I'm sure you rarely need that kind of correction anymore, even tho it's harsher when you do"

"The cuts can take over a week to heal"

"I'm sure it doesn't happen often any more..and..I do know what that can feel like"

They've never really talked about the kind of punishments he'd endured, and most especially in front of Yoshimi...but it's a fact of the lives they all share.

"One concern is im not sure I can train my replacement as I've been trained" stti ll seems overwhelming especialy as The master seems to want a larger Staff"

For a moment he's confused when she mentions a replacement, but her comment about the larger staff and his previous conversations with Pista clear things up.

"You can do it, take how it was for you and keep that in the back of your head..try to separate your emotions"

Even as he says it he remembers the night he had to make an example of that woman and how it felt and he feels himself shudder just a little.

This time he doesn't even have to thin about it.
