Maybe Profession Bounty Hunter. I need to know what I can get away with in the pursuit of my profession.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. Can't go TOO far with profession (bounty hunter). We don't want to make survival or stealth useless or anything! But stuff like knowing how far you can go without running afoul of the law makes sense.

I think we need to make my Devargas family and Trace's Davargo the same persons for a point of connectivity.

There is a Devargo Bravasi will show up as an adversary a little ways into the adventure path. Devargas as a family name doesn't, but we can build them in as another korvosan crime family.

I take it that Korvosa is varied enough that I might find an Elven branched spear and an elven war blade for sale?

Yeah, I usually assume that if you can afford it you can get it for starting equipment.

Just a warning that I won't be able to put together a character until sometime this weekend, on account of my so far stressful, work road trip.

Oof, I'm obviously excited about this game, I'm adding in content from left and right and probably making a muddled, unmanageable mess. Expect significant deviations from standard Crimson Throne, as well as material from other modules and adventure paths you may have seen getting sucked in!

I haven't had a chance to check math on the submitted character sheets, but they look ok at first glance. I don't need a character sheet to have people start the prologues.

I'd like to start things off for real late this week maybe? Or early next? Think we can do that, those who still owe me a sheet and prologue post?

This was a long, extended family holiday/weekend. Long overdue. Anyway, I've not progressed with my character like I'd planned, nor have I prologued yet. Will repent tomorrow and try to get into the swing of things. I have my big year-end finale with my FtF group this Thursday night - a White Dragon Lair - and I'm busy prepping for that this week too. So I'll be a little distracted, but I'm definitely excited about this game and looking forward to catching up!

Yeah, it's an understandably busy weekend, leading into the busy holiday season now. Perhaps naively, I'm hoping to get started before Christmas! But do what you can. The prologue stuff is strictly optional, just something to let people who have some time get a feel for their characters. And like I said, even a finalized character sheet isn't really a requirement for moving forward.

I'll catch up on the prologues soon, though maybe not until Sunday night or even Monday my time.

I'm hoping to have time to work on my character sheet tomorrow afternoon. Working very hard to get my folks' water and plumbing hooked up in their new house and get them moved in by Christmas. The weather's had fun with us, alternating between below zero and warm winds turning everything to slime on top of frozen ground underneath. Ah winter...

Harrow points:

You all have harrow points, a resource you can spend on bonuses as we go. Each of you have 3 harrow points except for Klag you has 4 (one bonus for having his choosing card come up during the reading itself)

You can spend harrow points as a resource to grant :

1) Dexterity re-rolls - spend a harrow point and re-roll an inititive check, reflex save, attack roll using dexterity, or raw dexterity check
2) Dodge bonus - spend a harrow point to get +1 AC bonus from dodge for one encounter
3) Speed increase - spend a harrow point to increase base movement speed by 10 feet for one encounter Just once per encounter for this one please, I don't want little speedsters running around!

Let me know when you want to use a harrow point and I'll deduct it from your running total.
