Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
It sounds like folks are leaning towards going after the biggest predator, but it's still a bit fuzzy. Let me know if that's definitely the plan and I'll move on (Plus it gives Abethur time to weigh in.)

Lol Seris at your spell!

Talon I have a question. wasn't the location that we were supposed to meet at lit up by some sort of beacon of light or something? Since nox is high in a tree right now can he see that beacon?

Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
Oh it probably got confused since writing for the light people is always floaty.

The hunters are all returning to the light-hunters camp by dawn of the next day to present their trophies. The light beacon you might be thinking of could be when they were pointing out the game trail they showed to the gods to start them on their hunt.

My work is having a meeting that they wanted us there in person for, so probably no updates today while I brave the outside world. Maaaaybe one this evening, but if there is it's a bonus!

Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
Just to clarify, I was under the impression you guys captured the beast alive, it was merely exhaused, I thought I recalled Nox mentioning he would use the Wraith to subdue it as you walked when it started to regain its energy. Neru definitely couldn't carry away a creature that size, Seris was even struggling to drag it!

It is alive. I didn't blame Neru but I'm also not familiar enough with him to dissent. So the Abethur-canon is that Neru is a child-emperor bestowed with supernatural strength and wisdom.

Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
I was under the impression though that that thing was super weak and wasn't able to move under its own power. And I guess I misunderstood or underestimated the time that it would take the thing to recover some of its strength.

Also there was a dark wraith keeping it subdued and I was hoping that it was still doing that but I guess not. if there is evidence that the thing walked off on its own I think that would change our perspective a bit.

Neru approves of this new image. Perhaps Abethur could be hired as a marketing manager.

Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
Hey Talon.

I think this week left me feeling kinda chewed up and spit out too. I'm glad for the weekend and have felt drained this week too so know what you mean.

As for your recent aspects though...I had a hard time choosing! Which I know means you did a good job! I really wanted to tame fluffy or perhaps take the nature communion power...but my curiosity and like of the Indiana jones movies means I had to take the ancient thread. Especially since the realm is an unstable one.

Yeah, this working from home stuff has just drained me lately.

Glad you liked the Aspects! The more players in an adventure the more appealing I try to make them across the board, both so one player doesn't get the best one and also to reward folks for sticking together from a GMing perspective!

Well then you'll be pleased to know I'm inviting the others for the ancient thread adventure. :)

To keep up the little bit of momentum I have today before Monday hollows me out again I'll try to open the new Adventure in the next hour or two, anyone who hasn't had the chance to post yet will be able to hop right in. I'm going to try to make it a fairly short and sweet outing.

Re: OOC: In those Quiet Hours
The thread one is really neat. you can basically semi Force the storyteller to make adventures for you that are related to something that you found tasty. :)

But you are right all of them are pretty neat especially the last two.
