Do we still have a player to man the weapons? I can do some target painting or so to give a boost to attack rolls maybe if someone else is going to shoot em.

So I read that as we need to send the away team into that nest on foot to look or am i mistaken?

ANd i guess my piloting gives me a gunner seat for now?

Sorry for the lack of posting guys my sleep levels have been critical of late, considering I suffer from both insomnia and sleep apnea, and that's been affecting my ability to do much of anything save for go to work and get home. And to be honest, it's even been affecting that, which as a driver is VERY bad. Anyway, thanks to this I literally ended up sleeping the last two weekend's away. Which sucked for the chore's I needed to get done around my house I own. Yay me.

Anyway I'm getting a post out now though.

What a horrible combination to have. So you cant sleep and if you do you start choking and cant rest. At least you can get that horrible loud breathing machine for the latter to make sure you will probably not get sleep from the noise of that thing.

Sorry about not posting the last few days. The main line out of my house broke and the drainage has been backing up into my downstairs through my downstairs bathroom. So that's about 3 grand out of my pocket for them to dig up my yard and fix that. All while I been spending the last several days cleaning up the crappy situation in my downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and basement. Fun times.

Oh great another winner of the water lotterey. Good luck with that. We are so lucky we live on high ground i just had water flood in through the garage wall putting a small layer in the ground level of my home. Everyone with an actual basement in my streed was having something like you.

Now they are opening it i suggest installing one of those things in the main pipe that prevents the water from flowing back. Sets you back another 200 or so but will ceep the crap out next time the water comes. At least through the sewer.

So at this point i start to wonder if we actually have any fighter type chars on the team.

I'll be heading off for vacation. Will be back around the 1st.

Sorry for the wait in a reply, I am still dealing with the main line disaster at my house. Every day I come home from work I have to do clean up. Thankfully they are finally going to be here tomorrow to start the work.

Under normal circumstances, I'd be pissed. But I can't. Last week we had huge amounts of storms, and towards the end of the week their main guy got admitted to the hospital for a heart condition. So they had to hire a new crew to complete all the jobs they had lined up, to include mine. I've worked with this company in the past, so I know they do good work, and know they guy who was admitted to the hospital. So while I can be frustrated at my situation, I cannot be mad at the company.

Wow. That's a bummer.

Do what you gotta do. RL comes first. I'm sure the game will still be around when you get things straightened out.

Lee COULD walk in on the team or ship at any time but I don't want to barge until GM clears me... Which probably won't happen until I have starting gear purchased...

I'm thinking space cop who went private sector to help save more people by not having so many rules.

And then he ended up on a ship looking for an entire lost planet.

I mean... SOUNDS like something you need a space hunter for. I'm chuckling at declaring a planet as my Bounty Mark though. Let's hope I don't have to subdue it to bring it in!

Has anyone had run ins with stellar police or Komena security forces? It might be funny for Lee to have done the paperwork but not actually met you before.

If someone is a runaway or actively has a bounty on them that may be something we can build from, even if Lee isn't hunting you directly. He has done a lot of object re-theft bordering on space piracy. He's particularly effective where the original thieves are frail to the effects of the void.

Revonoss was a war mechanic and medical assistant in his youth. In the last 12 years he is a spacer. But he is on the old side of the spectrum so not sure he is the type to get in that kind of trouble. An odd bar fight maybe with some folks wanting to prove themselves.

Has anyone raised the question of Telepathy counting as contact for the purpose of delivering spells, particularly mental ones?

Not yet, but Phelar has already did some pretty outrageous stuff with her telepathy. Of course she's also a Phrenic Adept with Extended Telepathy and Triunes Blessing which lets her use all that on computers and constructs.

Oh, that all? ;P

It would be nice to do some touch buffs and such on the fly thanks to touching minds.

Telepathy would only count as 'contact' for mind-affecting spells. It wouldn't do it for anything physical.
