Thank you, sir!  :D

Well, I'm surrounded by Lt. Commanders.  Going to be Sir-ing and Ma'am-ing a lot, I see!  ^_^

Re: OOC

I think we are, when Dale can get on, trying to wrap this all up narratively, as quickly as we can.

Re: OOC

Although that might get complicated if Decker decides to phaser Javker, take over the station, and use it to rule the galaxy!

For Science!, of course.

I am totally cool sitting back and watching, really.  On this site, I'm used to being one of the hamsters running through a maze while someone in a lab coat laughs and takes notes.

So when I get to just observe...

Well I think we, at least I am, narratively stalling until you move us into the resolution of the game, and run the proverbial 'end credits'.

Re: OOC

Just got back.

I ended the other game I was running, the players were understandably unhappy with my unreliability of late.  My intention wasn't to halt the game, but unexpected event after calamity after disaster just kept coming, unannounced and unexpected.

If people here feel the same, I can throw in the towel here, too.  Or I can keep this going, as best I can, and hope life stops giving me haymakers every time I raise my head.

What say you?

Re: OOC

It's what you want / feel like doing. Which will please you more / displease you less: Continuing or how you'd probably feel three days after terminating the game?

Damnit. How is Decker supposed to move up in rank if ch'Pertha sticks around? ;)

I'm not going anywhere and I'm fine if you want or need to put the game on an official hold for a while until things settle.

Re: OOC

Totally understandable that life gets on top of you sometimes! Especially during this crazy year.

I'm happy to stick around! I dpn't mind if games slow down sometimes due to life stuff, happens to everybody. :)

OK, let's try this:

I'll commit to posting every Wednesday morning, and once during the weekend.  Unless a comet hits my house (don't laugh, it could happen), I think I can keep up with that. That's not to say I may not chime in with dialog or answers or NPCs inbetween.

IF I know I'm going to miss a post I will let you know.

Re: OOC

...I like players with positive outlooks!

Joining a PBP game is like walking into the room where everyone is watching American Football and inquiring how much longer the game will run.

'So, how much longer before this chapter is over and I can join the story?'

'Not long, it's almost done.'

'...so three months, then?'
