We were suffering from "everyone was expecting someone else to make a move" syndrome. I think if this happens in the future I'll have Teana be more assertive about taking leadership.

Ok, let me try to explain what happened. Helena saw these people offering help and transportation. And she wants help and protection. However she does't trust the group offering help, seeing them as potentially no better than the mongrels, just in sheep's clothing. Add being in the same ship as them, their ship. That was too much.

Well, it happens.

Anyway, the group is divided in opinion. Could our Heir make a decision?

Didn't pick up 2e (have only managed to play 1 campaign of 1e so... want to give those books a workout first) though I did finally pick up the D&D 5e DMG and MM (already had the PHB).  Yes, I'm behind the times, but better late than never, eh?

But I ran a game about dinosaurs and lasers, played in a game where I was a brainwashed political prisoner, and got to meet some of my favorite game/game accessory designers, so it was a jolly good time!

Better than me then. I'm still yet to get the DMG. I got the Monster Manual first, then the phb, then Xanathar's, I'll eventually get to it. There's just other books I want to buy first. Including two manga series I'm staying up to date with. It hasn't been a priority.
