Character Creation
  We are running the Firefly RPG based on Cortex Plus system. There are supplements and that is fine to use them, but you will need to give me the write ups or a copy of the relevant section since I only have the Core Rulebook.

  Characters start as per the Guidelines in the Core Rulebook. If we have people that join much later in the campaign/season. We will give them enough Episode points & assets to be very close to the crew's current power level.

      Also, this isn't needed for starting up our sample episode, but during down time work on these as well. (You get bonus Plot Points for some good information). These should be PM'ed to me, but you can share bits and pieces throughout the seasons of play as you see fit (I am going to post this in Character Creation Thread as well):
  • Discuss Motivations for joining a crew, choice of job role, etc.
  • Discuss how you learned your various skills, traits and abilities, especially traits that are higher than d8.
  • How and why you got your Signature Assets.
  • Your characters Strengths (which usually are more obvious), but also more importantly to a deep, rich character development, is your character's weaknesses & flaws.
