So once I have a handle on Jade Dragon's background and stats I will get the ball rolling on the first issue. To start with the game will be set in Bay City, an alternative version of San Francisco.

No, just trying to get all the moving parts back in order again.  Being laid up a week is worse than losing a week... I then have to do two weeks of work in the following week to catch up... ;)
