Greetings, Chummers, Ironsides is ready to rumble!

I've got to type the sheet out from Chummer and get a picture and a description then I'll be ready to go

As far as non-lethal options I got stun baton, stick and Shock and gel rounds.

That said with the low-ish pay, my low lifestyle costs me 4k a month, I'm likely going to try and hit people with my stun baton and call it a day.

EDIT: And I have a face!

And I have no SIN so someone will have to buy stuff for me to start :P It all burned in the car I used to have...sucks sometimes!

Alright, sheet is done, working on Backstory...so anyone want a connection with your local head squasher?

Assuming Seattle he's from the Redmonds Barrens, likely has been involved in a couple of gangs growing up, played football semi-professionally but discovered he couldn't make much as long as he was SIN-less and he's always wanted that really cool penthouse that's troll sized...so he took to running shadows because he's big, he's brawny and he smashes people for fun?

Well, the disguise is not so important any more, but to see through the Disguise, and the Spell that is still bring Sustained @-2, I believe p.136, Using Disguise and Impersonation, should still apply. (Though she never used her Impersonation).

She would drop the Spell and introduce herself before attempting the TriD Phantasm to hide their talk.

The Physical Mask was cast at F4, so Ironsides would need to Roll to see through the Spell, p.290, under Physical Illusions, or Intuition + Logic.

To see through the Disguise, however, would seem to require Perception against her 6 Hits (mental Limit 7).

19:10, Sat 23 Feb: Elisabeth rolled 9 successes using 16d6 with the Shadowrun 4th ed system with a target of 5 with rolls of 5,6,3,6,3,5,2,5,1,5, 1,5,6,3,4,6.  Cast Physical Mask F4, self as young ork.
19:08, Sat 23 Feb: Elisabeth rolled 6 successes using 14d6 with the Shadowrun 4th ed system with a target of 5 with rolls of 3,2,5,5,2,3,6,5,4,2, 3,6,6,3.  Disguise Self as male drag queen.

She is a beginning character, and doesn't have Masking, so Ironsides could try his Assensing. :)

Or am I missing something?

I may have misinterpreted but the GM posted that the phantasm wasn't going to be active until Freemason arrived. So since Cypher was already in the club he would have clocked both arriving then watched the phantasm activate.

I can certainly re-edit if I'm mistaken.

I never put any restrictions on when the phantasm could, should, or would be activated.

At the same time, it's safe to assume that Elisabeth does not put on her disguise in the middle of a crowded area, so unless you followed her from somewhere discreet where she did (which would likely require a roll to not be seen, and perhaps a roll to even find her), then you would need to roll as to break it just based on sight, as Elisabeth mentioned.

Ironsides? He hasn't arrived yet and he certainly can't assense!

Also from my reading of the game thread she's been disguised as an Orc the entire day. So unless you saw her in her house you wouldn't have been able to see her non-orc without being there in her boudoir....not sure if that's the case :P

Yeah, understood, Shadowrun's premise doesn't lend itself to roleplaying with people who come and go. That's why I asked if anyone wanted background links....I hate the initial awkward phase were we all try and pretend we're not super paranoid Runners!

LOL I already read it, darling, but I'm old fashioned could one of the people who was there at least say 'and they shared everything they knew' I tend to roleplay based on what is actually said so there was the chance of a broken telephone but if you're essentially going to repeat verbatim then just say so in a post to keep my old fashioned rp sensitivities intact please!

Elisabeth, unaccented English, which is what you said you spoke is considered to be British English in most places....hence the multiple comments by Cypher about you being British or English sounding...what do you sound like?

I meet with people from the UK once or twice a year. When they speak with me, I can understand them. When they speak among themselves, I can't usually understand a thing.
