At this point, all characters will start at first level.

All concepts are subject to DM approval.

You may created a character using a 34 point system, or you may wait until accepted to the game and roll-up the character in game.

I request that all players post a minimum of once per week, even if only to in OOC that they cannot think of anything to post.
