The Game

The game world is entirely homebrew.
The game system is a blend of AD&D 1st & 2nd, with a couple items taken from 3.5.
No PC may start with an evil alignment.
Characters may be any of the AD&D core classes.
This includes Priest, Druid, Warrior, Paladin, Ranger, and Thief.  Monk is also an option.
Classes have been altered.  For example: Druid and Monk have the potential of unlimited level.
Races available include Elves, Half-elves, Gnomes, Halflings, Humans, Half-Orc, and Warforged.
The starting location is up to the individual player. I will give details of locations in a later post.

To apply to play, I ask you include a background.  The more detailed, the more likely you will be accepted.

The background can be altered to fit the final character if necessary.

The Game

The game will be driven by character desire (Primarily by PC, NPC by last resort).
The magic level starts rather low, but I intend for the action to be somewhat fast paced.
The magic level will increase as the characters reach higher levels.

During a scenario, DM decisions are final.  Polite OOC discussion is allowed, and I may change rulings in later scenes.

Arguments, or any discussion that might tend to embarrass the DM or the player MUST be private.

I have had games disrupted by this behavior.  The goal is to have fun.  Arguing about the rules, during gameplay, I do not consider fun.

The Game

Players in a group thread are asked to post at least once every three days.  If a post is not made within the week, the character will be temporarily NPCed.

Players in an individual thread have no time constraints.

Anyone that fails to post within 3 weeks' time without prior notification will be removed.  They may be allowed to rejoin though.
