Presumably that's where he's headed now.  Only problem is that he's going to be there himself, at least the way things are going at the moment.

Hm. Could I... try a CHR roll to engage him in conversation so as to distract him enough to maybe succeed in slipping the stuff into his tea?

If that wouldn't work, I'm gonna need a teammate to do a distraction or something, I think?

Right now I see two options for this - roll+Dex to sneak past while he's still occupied with the bomb that Lucius just dropped, or roll+Chr to run with it and keep him sufficiently preoccupied that someone else can walk off without being noticed.  The consequence of an unsuccessful roll is that he's going to catch that someone is trying to slip by, and while you don't know exactly how he will respond to that it's a safe bet that he's not in a charitable mood anymore.

And of course I'm open to any other clever ideas that any of you might come up with.

Guys my DEX score is exactly the same level as my CHA.

I'm inclined to try a DEX.

I figured I would be doing the roll, since I would be doing the talking and you would be the one moving past unnoticed. But I suppose Aiding your stealth would work too.

So far honesty worked pretty well for Lucius... With a sprinkle of omission.

Anybody have anything you want to do before the tea magic happens?  If I don't hear anything by [whenever I'm up to updating it] then I will take that to mean no.

It appears to be a Radiant Dawncap, very rare (until now, maybe?) Noric made them as a sign of truce between the night and the day.


But I didn't post it because I want it to DO something, like give some neat magical/divine effect on one if one nibbles it.

But I couldn't think of anything along those lines that I liked, so I've just been trying to keep thinking about it, hoping something good would come to me.

You got any ideas along those lines?
