Ok great, we still have Frank with us.  Is he joining this expedition or is he off on his own thing currently?

Finding supporters, both Youth Corp members and those of the general public, is easy enough.  Are you just looking for any old schlub or looking for a higher value target (politician, local business owner with cash, etc.)?  Also, what is the plan for framing them, or whatever the exact method here is?

Any young schlub. Plan is to identify their vehicle, buy a very similar one, swap the number plates one night, go do what we need to do to scout out the factory we wanted to scout out, then return, and swap the plates back. If anything goes wrong, then it gets traced back to the schlub...and things probably will go wrong with such professionals!
