A place for Michael and Nefertiti Downtime

Michael walked into Nefertiti’s home and greeted her worshippers before waiting while one them retreated to the back to inform their goddess of the priest’s arrival. The people she had taken under her wing seemed to have regained some of their composure and sense of self. Whatever Nef was doing to help them was working.

Nefertiti was surprised to have a visit from Michael so soon, she still needed to clean up the place and her followers were still somewhat a work in progress.  But still they were alive and functioning like most normal people.  She only wished to help them with their mental issues.

"Greeting Michael.  I hope your time focusing on your self has been fruitful? she said as she looked at him for a moment.  Seeing that he was carrying a few of those artifacts.

"Have you come seeking Hank?  He is not here at the moment.

Michael smiled and shook his head. “Good to see you too. I see you’ve made some progress with your followers here. No I came here for you Nef. Do you remember that offer I once gave to you? Now I have the training and power to fulfill it if you’re still open to it. Of course we should probably discuss this in private.”

Nodding her head "Some but it will take much more time to heal their minds. she gazed out into the other room.

She looked at him for a moment and smiled "Oh the marks.  Was you able to determine how many there are? she asked "I wouldn't wish to have them removed without determine there is no ill side effects. her eyebrow arched.

"Unless we are fully aware of removing them will not take away the boon that some have given me.  I will be interested in removal option.

Michael motioned to the back room where Nef had come from. “If you have a full length mirror, I can bless you with the sight to see them yourself behind a screen so no inch or mark will escape inspection. Otherwise, I will have to inspect any areas you cannot see. As to what will happen should they be removed, I don’t know as of right now but I can use my magic to attempt a divination of immediate events that would occur following removal in regards to your fate. Even if there were no ill effects, you know who will most certainly be aware of its removal. Of course such discussions about that would be between you two.”

Nefertiti started to remove some of her clothing “That is something I don’t possess and I have no problem with you examining over my body. she said as she knew he would be respectful of the time.

Could you grant me the blessing of the spell so that I may know that they look like.  It has been awhile since I spoken to him.

Michael nodded and held his hand in front of Nef’s face as he said a prayer to St. Abel. The two looked down and could see red blood marks basically overlayed over her circulatory system with a large one over her heart. The priest was respectful and did not touch the nude goddess in front of him as he walked around her looking at her from all angles to make sure no marks were missed.

Nefertiti was a bit shocked at seeing so many but when one lays with the devil they should expect a few scratches.

"Can we see if removing one might have any ill effect.  Lets see if the smaller ones do less before tampering with the larger one. she said and she was wondering what did they each have to do with her body.

Michael finished his inspection and pondered the blood marks. His experience with this particular blood magic boiled down to what he has observed when it was applied to others. Knowing Nef’s constant search for more power, he told her what he could find out. “Upon closer inspection, based on what I see and the mark I’ve seen Hank use these do not seem to be detrimental to you. Each one seems like it is a boon in some way. I do apologize if I have wasted your time. If there is something nefarious, it is well hidden beyond my means of discovery.”
