Return Trip (0.1.8)

Argentus, Sal, Ralph(?), and Promethius(?) all returned via portal at roughly the same time. The storm was rough and water lashed against the ship but, due to the ship's immense size, it moved very little though there was a great deal of groaning and sloshing.

Nineteen children huddled together in the hold of the ship. 9 of them were unconscious, the rest were more than a bit scared.

The last child, Promethius and Ralph plopped out in Mistral's bedroom.

Noah and Mistral were nowhere to be seen.

Return Trip (0.1.8)

OOC: From Team Subtle (0.1.7a) --->

Prometheus landed on the bed, shortly after Ralph, and quickly turned to defend the portal from any last minute traps that may have followed them home. Prometheus didn't know what it might be, but given how the Space Mage seemed to be constantly one step ahead, he wasn't taking any chances.

However when Mistral sent her parting message, his eyes widened and he tried to reply back quickly, "No wait, don't...." However it became immediately apparent that the line was dead. Looking at the child with him, and the agent, Prometheus took a moment to take stock of the situation.

"Fucking idiot. Why would she do that."Standing up he walked out of Mistral's room and shouted, "ATLAS, WE HAVE A SITUATION! IF THIS SHIP HAS A REALLY POWERFUL SATELLITE DISH I COULD REALLY USE IT!"

Prometheus shook his head, trying to push aside the dark thoughts. After a moment he added out loud, "ALSO IF YOU KNOW WHERE THE OTHER CHILDREN ARE, I HAVE THE LAST ONE...AS WELL AS AN AGENT."

Return Trip (0.1.8)

Sal took stock of who had made it through so far. He spoke to the children, his voice soft, "There is no need to fear us. We work for Talion. My name is Sal. Please follow me to the infirmary, we need to see if you have any injuries. You may tell me your names on the way, if you wish. Promethius, could you check the sleeping children for spinal injuries when you get the chance, and have them taken to the infirmary, as well. Come children, after you have been checked out, we will see about feeding you, if you wish." He didn't mention his worry about the 10 children the MIB were sent to save.

Return Trip (0.1.8)

The children nodded slowly and followed, all clutching their necklaces tightly.

Promethius yelled for Atlas but then remembered that Atlas was gone, having left for somewhere due to the impending Solar Flare. Of all of Talion's creations, only Grey remained currently active... currently "sunbathing" in the middle of a hurricane.

The ten children that were awake were wet, cold, covered in scratches from glass, and somewhat shell shocked from having been in a firefight. Despite Sal's invitation for them to speak, none of them did.

As Sal took the children to the infirmary, he noticed that Meep (the plushy, synthetic sunflower doctor) was deactivated in the corner. The children let out murmurs of surprise and fear. The lights were on, but the howling of the storm and emptiness of the ship gave it an almost haunted quality.

Jitters had come through with Argentus but his Mecha Suit all but melted off of him after he arrived.
