Nefertiti looked to Michael "What do you make of these things that are on us? she asked with a bit of concern in her voice.

"We are covered in them and not able to even see them without your Ritual.

Michael stayed calm and watched the little spirits at work. “It appears as though they are many tiny spirits. What concerns me is that it looks like most materials that are in here are gone. I suspect these little things are away at them over time. I would suggest that we back out of here and see if they still cling to us or go back inside the building. If they still cling to us, we may have to take a spiritual dunk in the Haven. Hopefully, it will not come to that and I have to drag most of you out of the Haven. It would clear away the spirits for sure though.”

"What are you two talking about? Things that are on us? I don't see anything." Fate felt around her chest and stomach checking to see if she could feel anything.

Looking to Fate "It is something out of your Realm of expertise it seems. looking at her as she takes notice of them on her as well.

"Well I'm guessing we will not get to see what you plan on doing the the cultist right now.  Unless you wish to do it and we discover what these tiny spirits want.

Fate was more irritated than worried when she heard Nefertiti's words. 'Something out my expertise' she thought, what could that possibly be? "If there is something more pressing then of course my work can wait." Fate said with only slight irritation sounding in her voice. "Whatever it is that is out of my expertise as you say hopefully you can take care of it without me considering I can't see whatever 'it' is or them."

Taking a step closer to Fate "What is your profession? she asked seeing that there was not much told to them from this mysterious woman.

Nefertiti can see the irritation coming from her but still it seemed that this woman was on a serious mission and not sure if time was on her side.

"I'm a bounty hunter. The cult leader is my bounty. His name is Johnathan Cook." Fate started tapping her hand against her jacket lightly as she continued to look from Nefertiti and the others to the prisoner and back.

Nefertiti is now slowly moving back out of the bakery and seeing if these spirits are following them out of the shop as she is now on the street looking over herself and the others for these tiny spirits.

OOC: Do we need to make another roll or is it still in effect?

Chance was humming quietly to himself as he came upon the bakery, a song he didn't actually know the words to but just couldn't get out of his head. Just as he walked up he saw the woman who called herself Nefertiti back out of the place. "Hey, fancy meeting you here," he said cheerfully.

Nefertiti turned to see the one that left the group sometime ago without saying a word.  She looked him up and down for a moment then nodded "Welcome back Alex. she calmly said then waited for the rest to leave the bakery and meet outside.

"What brings you back to our humble side of the she looked around city.

Fate waiting for a moment as she thought of what to do. Then she eventually settled on joining the woman she had been talking to outside. Surely this woman had a good reason for doing so and besides Fate didn't like standing in one place for too long.

 The cultist looked up at Fate with a sneer. "Father Cook serves the Master. He is the chosen, the anointed! One such as you could never harm him!"

 Despite all this talk about unseen predators, nothing was happening and no one felt any different inside or out... aside from the fact that the outside felt far more natural.

As the group steps outside, they noticed that the vast majority of the glowing particulates left them and floated back inside the shop. However, there remained a few still on the group's clothing like lingering motes of dust.

"Will you allow me to enter first to look around? I have a talent for spotting spirits across the Gauntlet and hold some sway when negotiating with them. When there are this number of smaller spirits of the same kind, you can usually find something more powerful nearby directing them."

"Now who said anything about hurting him? If he behaves then he won't even get a scratch from me." Fate responded to the prisoner without even a moment of hesitation. Her eyes were sharp and focused on him now more than ever.

Nefertiti had no say in what Jay was requesting for it was a place where Hans was looking to convert into a place of his own.  So she allowed them to determine that whilst she was outside enjoying the conversation between Fate and the Cultist.

What was more interesting is that Fate mentioning the word hurting this so called chosen when the cultist mentioned harm.  Very different aspect of the chart but still they could be construed as the same.

Father Johnathan Cook a name she will surely have to remember.

Chance shrugs at Nefertiti's question, "Just looking to get into some trouble I suppose. Speaking of trouble,  what sort have you guys gotten yourselves into?" he asked with a lopsided smile.

Her eyebrow arched slightly when Alex spoke of trouble but still he was a mysterious one and didn't like to tell much about himself, just like this new female named Fate.

"Nothing we can't handle here.  Sure you can find trouble elsewhere if you like.  We like to keep things very simple.  I was guessing that is why you vanished the next day after we saved your life. she smirked.

Chance chuckled, "I mean, saved my life might be a stretch, though you definitely did make my life easier, that's for sure. Oh, and I'm sure you all can handle whatever it is you're dealing with, I just heard there was some sort of demon infestation in the city, and I figured the holy man might like to know."

Nefertiti didn't find anything funny about what she said.  Looking to Alex "hmmmmmm she paused for a moment to collect her thoughts.

"Oh three wolf beasts about to dine upon you is not a stretch.  But seeing that your alive and well because of us is a boon to this crazy world.

For a moment she looked herself up and down and last time she knew that her shape was divine and exotically beautiful in a girlish way.
"I have gotten such information already.  That is what he is part of looking at the cultist.

Chance smirks, "Nah, I was just playing with the puppies when you guys showed up. But thank you none the less. Don't get me wrong, there was no way I was going to be able to take them out on my own, but I'm pretty resourceful when it comes to getting out of harm's way."

Also could of been confused with Alex and Hans.  Have to go back and re read that thread.  Will edit my post if so.

 As the group spoke amongst themselves, they saw a jet flying low above the city, followed by a sonic boom and the jet stopped suddenly in the air before turning around and flying away.

OOC: assuming Jay goes inside the building

 As Jay entered the building, he noticed the spirit particles sticking to him and coating his entire body though he could feel no ill effects from it. However, as he explored the inside, he saw no Greater Spirit within.

Fate stood by keeping an eye on the cultist. She felt no need to interject. She had no idea who that new person was nor did she feel she needed to know, yet.

"What you've never seen a jet before?" Fate asked only half jokingly.
