Paradox Safari (0.4.0a)

Talion pulled out a suitcase and opened it, unfolding it into a large vehicle resembling a hovercraft. In it, the trip that normally took 3 hours took only a few minutes but they could hear the singing before they made landfall. Unified, synchronous, and perfectly in tune, the singing pervaded the city.

It was the sound of a million synthetics all turned toward a single purpose.

As the group made landfall, they saw lines of synthetics, clearing rubble and passing it from one to another in a chain. Synthetics atop every ruined building, in every destroyed lot... each working... each singing.

Paradox Safari (0.4.0a)

It was Noah's first time in low orbit so reentry was less a glide and more falling and then air breaking. The downside to air breaking a fall from low orbit was that fast air made for a large amount of friction. Friction equaled a lot of heat. He had Grey to help direct the glide stretch to show up near the same location of the group's landfall.

He waved to hail the ship but splattered himself with the now liquid metal radar dish he had taken with him. Looking down he started running for the water leaving behind glass dragon footprints in the sand.

Noah had an extreme heat tolerance, but that did not mean that his scales did not disperse heat. He started moving along the water like a crocodile in fizzy soda before he poked his head out of the water. "Did anyone bring my tool bag? Gonna need the emergency pants."
