Nefertiti's felt something akin to a head shake no some place in her awareness "Telling you yes or no at this point would be dipping into valuable information. Before I go telling you what's there and my opinions on the bitty thing you ran into, I want an oath and apology."

"If you want any real help I will ask you to apologize for attempting to throw me under the cart and letting my mother know my location and your promise on your power that you will not divulge information about me."

"Then I will help facilitate your transformation as is my nature."

Nefertiti gave an odd expression as she would hoped that her words to his mother would be words of wisdom and for her help to somehow get him freed.

"What I told your mother wasn't meant to be petty.  I thought she would best to help you get out of what your into.  I have no way of doing it or knowing where your location is. she thought and she was sure he could sense it. "I would believe you would be more grateful in my words to her. sighing "But it seemed that my kindness was taken the wrong way.


"We must be clear on this part about divulging information about you.  Who is this referring to.  Your mother or any being?

"Last time my mother saw me I was a god. From that point, I have transformed twice so far as this version goes. The more normal people know about me the worse things can get to the point that my name is poison to the mind."

"Someone like you is more resistant due to how you started but there are some things I will withhold until you won't go mad with it. If I took you to the bottom of the rabbit hole you would be spitting spiders for the rest of your days."

"You could talk about the Echo you carry, but you cant tell people about the core real Sariel. If Ruby showed up it would be far worse for everyone. The core is a thing, less a person. You're talking about the idea of transformation given will, who became more than a god."

"I need your word, and it will be binding. I have few other choices."

Nefertiti nods her head "Do tell, what is your nature?  So that we are on the same page of understanding what transformation I want to become.  If your nature is not what I want.  Some Gods like to play trickery in their words.  Your mother does and so does your good Doctor. she said in her mind only to make sure that if she did agree she wouldn't end up with a broken promise.

"I am education and transformation of our prior world. My nature is to first grow and transform then to foster the same in others. Second to keep the spark of life going as it is so rare in the universe. If all life dies there is no knowledge or transformation."

"Consent is my means. I could turn you into an angel or a screaming beast, but it isn't real growth or transformation without consent."

"It is my nature to protect the next generation. Children are sacred, they are the core of education, growth, and transformation."

"Lastly, I stand opposed to the theft of power. As a god they sealed my power three times and each time I broke free. I don't mind setting opposition or a counter to power, but I will take offense to theft."

Nodding her head "I will not divulge your location to Ruby or anything about your core to any being. she said these words and she hope that it wasn't some sort of trick he was playing. She was aware of his cunning ways.

There was a shift and a working of power, something that slipped through thoughts like rainwater through fingers. "Forwarding the agreement to the core." There was a mental shifting that very quickly closed off. Even though there was only a moment the other end of that connection was in such a condition that it shut the echo up for a few moments.

"As to that fallen celestial. It's a least of what is called an Arbiter. A function of THIS reality-given will. I trust that it is afraid of this machine. I do not trust that the means it offers at all benefit you in the long term. A lasting stain on your soul for a sight that you could get by just getting a lense that contains the souls needed."

"Liches can use crystals to contain souls. If souls are the source of this sight why not just get a spyglass that does the same thing? Less smut on you for it." Sairel appeared to her sight and her sight alone. He gave her a dancer's bow and held out a hand. "You've entered into a dangerous playing field of things that rewrite reality rather than cast spells. Each one you deal with writes their name on you like so much ink falling from their pen."

"They will know I am here now if they look hard enough. Mind to warn them if they start looking, even at the power of an Echo they could so be blinded for looking."

"The next question will cost you an answer to, 'Do you even still want to be Nefertiti or something else and new entirely?'."

There was a lot happening and she tried her best to understand what was going on in her mind.  Sariel was causing a lot of his own impressions in her mind.  It was a bit odd to have something come to collect the agreement and send it to the core, causing the Echo to shut down.  That was a moment of pleasure to know that it could be made silent.

Then something else happened, as if Sariel himself was coming through.

She listened to what it had to say about the Arbiter and that only gave her something else she would need to study and understand about. A heavy sigh was heard even in her mind space.

"I am Nefertiti, who else would I be.  Just as you are Sariel.  Reborn in different forms.  I will change surely but still I am Nefertiti. she smiled as a area of her mind light up light a bright light.  Something came to her subconscious.

"Sariel, The Harbinger, Soul of the Moon, The twice fallen god, lord of the shard tower, the last wall. Names, titles, and identities are put on and taken off as they so fit you." He said a number of other names but the mind refused to hear them, remember them, or think about them.

"For me, it's not about being a god, a monster, or even power itself. It's about the next phase. That is why no Sariel has ever reincarnated. If Nefertiti is whom you wish to be, then so shall it be."

"So, next question?"

Nefertiti began to walk around the building she was in till she found a place to sit down and gather a piece of paper and a writing utensil to write things down with.  She took a moment to concentrate on what she wanted to say next, or her next question so to say.

You mentioned that there is still a way for me to still do it.  To become a whole Goddess.

You also mentioned about my strings are dragging behind me, waiting for someone to tug.

My Question to you is How do I become a Whole Goddess? she wanted to see how much information he was willing to answer.

There was a bubbling deep in her memory as Sariel dug through. "When you first awoke here at that point you look to me as the seedling of divinity with a dash of a consumption curse."

More rolling and bubbles. "There is a small patch when you became a mage."

The rolling memories stopped and Sariel was inside the memory of her capture as if he was in the room. "And here you became a statue. The doctor attempted to mimic what first happened too you but its like a painter painting the sun. No light, its just paint."

"Back home the term for you would be blood puppet or Shabti as you are now. You've changed so far true divinity the way you had it is a no go, you'll burn up."

"As transformation goes the only way to what you want is forward. Right now you are as close to a God as what the doctor could do emulating the real process. So far as I can see it. If you want the divine spark you've got to have tinder for it to set to flame."

"Step one in building that fire is often digging the pit but you've got that. Then its gathering the stones so you don't burn down the forest. That requires consensus of reality. Shows of power that cement in the mind you're clearly a unique divine power."

"Could just turn you into one but I don't think that's a good idea. You don't strike me as one with a taste for a pyramid of power anymore."

Nefertiti listened to all what Sariel had to say or shall we say explain, but deep inside of her she knew that she still had a Spark of Divinity or she wouldn't be able to use some of her Powers that was of Divinity.

Taking a deep breath but in truth she didn't need to, she is still getting used to being a Kindred.  Freakin Undead.

She focused her thoughts and her mind and wanted to see if she was able to Transform into her Apocalyptic Form.  If she was able to do this then it would show that her Spark was still within her.

"So would the stones metaphoric be Followers?

 Nefertiti underwent her transformation but it was different from last time. The feeling of power flowing through her was there but it was not the same.

Sariel watched her transformation and shook his head. "You're looking at a wheel and calling it a cart." She caught a mental sound of fingers snapping and her form shifted again. Whisps of crimson hair fell into her field of view as her Apocyliptic form turned off. There was another snap and her form turned back on. "Forms are not a sign of your divinity. It's a fundamental control of an aspect of the world. You are the author of how it operates."

"You'll get there in time. Even the least god who controls every aspect of a pond is still a god in that realm." He snapped again in the back of her mind and she saw the world with an additional set of eyes. She had massive grey skinned claws attached to an arm that would make a werewolf look weak. Another snap as she was back to normal. "I am transformation of an alien world. I dont have to work spells, or even try to control the aspects of transformation."

"That is where you need to look. Start with A field of magic like your unique blood magic. Become its author and then later expand."

"As to the stones, followers feed you but cant make you divine. The world needs to see you as divine. The stories of heros become legends. Legend becomes myth. Myth becomes divine."

At first Nefertiti wasn't sure that she was able to transform into her Apocalyptic Form, but as she did there was a strange feeling about it.  IT wasn't the same as she did before, something was off, something has changed.

All this time she thought she could feel her Divinity that was within her but was it that or was it just her mind playing tricks on her.  It was a sad feeling, it was something that she now regrets allowing herself to be captured by Carmilla and the doctor doing his experiment upon her.  She even went to the thought of when she allowed the Goddess whom she worshiped to remove the stuff out of her body to replace a soul in it.  He goal of becoming closer to her Goddess was a determination wasted.

All this brought tears of blood to run down her soft cheeks.

At first she didn't even noticed that Sariel was changing her form, or the snapping of his fingers in her mind.  She then shook her head "I will do that, Sariel. her words were not as they were before but filled with less drive, less determination, less hope.

Then she sat in the chair like a porcelain doll, not moving not breathing. Just sitting.

And thats why gods never said it all or gave what was asked for. "The wind in your sails has left you then? So many times the will of another imposed on you. Way back in time, here in the city when you first woke up, your words twisted before your once goddess, a doctor forcing his changes."

"And now a silly monster lays bare a road you can travel to get what you want if you so choose."

"Thats a whole world of tribulations. Would you rather I give you a wish? The road of Mutato, the road to self perfection isn't worth it. To change into your ideal is never worth the pain and suffering."

"But you're worth it. Not some divine power or even something you love can make the road of transformation worth it. But who you are makes it worth."

He was sitting on the table infont of her as color was draining away from her. "What will you make of it? The truth that shattered your world or the unveiling that made you remind the world you've always been a God within it?" He was directly interested if she would break or grow from this.

Nefertiti sat there still unmoved as the conversation continue onward in her mind. “I wasn’t born a Goddess but as a Queen to rule over the lands of my people. It was my Goddess that forsaken me and claimed me as a traitor. She paused briefly. “My rebirth granted me the gift of Divinity so I am still a Goddess. I only need to determine my focus. As you kindly keep reminding me. there was a small smirk upon her face but it also faded quickly.

She listed to his words and something caught her interest “a monster”. He called himself it but why.

“Sariel, with all your Knowledge and with all your Echoes moving about. she looked into the Echo of her own mind “Am I the only being capable of my gift in Blood Magic?

Sariel smiled, "If you think this is bad you should see what I am doing to the vampires who feed exclusively on children or the ones with no potential at all."

The Sariel within her mind was still relaxing in a silk hammock in that veiled calm spot way deep down. "The Echos really haven't spread wide, matter of time though. But..." there was a bit of a pause. "So far as any echo can tell most vampires have the ability to learn Blood Magic but not the knowledge to do so."

"As to that Thaumaturgy you have in you... no one so far as I can see. It appears a unique middle ground. To get more detail I would need to vastly expand the Echos."

"I've only known one vampire with anything like what you have. He is enjoying his final rest now."

Nefertiti was appalled by the thought of any Kindred feeding off children only If you would need any assistance in dealing with them. I’m always available she smiled. As if a small spark of life was returning back into her statue form.

She continued to listen to her Echo and it did bring another smile to her face when it mentioned that she was the only one he knew of with her Unique power.

Now she has somewhere to Start her focusing on and to master it. She also would need to spread her Divine actions upon this world. In doing so she would need to upscale her actions.

There has been a few major deeds she did with the Cabal that should of helped started some spread of her accomplishments.

It was sad to hear that the other is enjoying his Final Rest, but why did Sariel say enjoying.   One wouldn’t enjoy his final rest. Unless.  ….

"I'll keep you on mind unless you start actively spreading the echo. Though I think they will be put to productive uses. I absolutely welcome creative and educational punishment ideas." there was a sense he was watching her train of thought. "Him, my own mentor before I became as I am now. He is one of the things you can only learn a little bit about at a time."

"Last night Milo was attacked and the next night your telling me that a Grand player is in town.  That sounds a bit like calling in for help to go after his attackers and with hearing that the vampires are out killing.  He must really have a lot of pull in this city.  Why is he not the Prince, I wonder. she spoke to no one in particular just speaking out loud in her mind.

"I have no other questions at the moment Sariel.  YOU have given me a lot to go with and I need to go out and start collecting my Stones so I don't burn down my forest. she giggled but this time it came out of her mouth.

"Do you have any other questions I can help you with, before your veil comes up again?

Sariel nodded a few times. "Odin. He was the one god other than myself on the old world that did not require souls to survive. He was my brother in arms when it came to fighting a towering threat. I know Baulder is here, I dont know if his father made it."

There was a puzzled look upon her face for a moment for she didn't understand what that had to do with her revelation of herself.  She already knew about Odin, but was Sariel asking for help in locating him.

"You have me at a lost. she softly said "There was no question included.

There was a mile wide jovial smile from Sariel. "Keep your eye out for his pantheon.  It will vastly progress you on your way to study them. Then I will ask my question."

Nefertiti had to wonder what caused the wide jovial smile upon the face of Sariel but at the moment she wasn't sure.  It was odd how he stated "keep your eye" and not your eyes.  She looked at the Echo for a moment.  His riddles were always something she enjoyed...

"Of course, time is something we have.  As long as I stay alive. she smiled.

Now was a good time for her to have that darn things Milo called a phone.  She remembered giving it back to him and now she knows she will have to acquire one for herself, for moments like this.
