Mysterium Contacts (0.5.2b) (Fate)

 Fate was transported into an alley near one of the known Mage Sanctums. A quick ask for directions led her to the headquarters of the Mysterium. It had been damaged but not abandoned. Instead, everything had been moved to the basement. It was cramped but there were still mages around researching away.

Fate entered the Sanctum and hesitated for only a moment before finding someone familiar to her. When she found the one she would normally contact for information she greeted them, "Hello, I am here to check in and see how things are going for our order."

 Unfortunately, as someone new to New York, there weren't really any familiar faces... but there were no shortage of people willing to tell you that things were going poorly.

 The vaults had been emptied at this point, along with all important paperwork. These things were being stored offsite and accessed via portal. Still, there were no shortage of people present, trying to rebuild the Sanctum.

 These led you to a Magister, who seemed quite distracted overseeing the reconstruction. "How can I help you?"

 The Magister gives Fate the side-eye. "Can you do anything about the small army of Hunters that moved in recently? The Merlin has put out a ban on nearly all magic until they go away. I can't tell you how taxing it's been these past few weeks."

 "Yeah, they've taken over all of the abandoned churches and are using them as bases of operation. We're not sure which one is the HQ but they've got about 7 different strongholds now and maybe a hundred men.

 They started with a small group but their numbers exploded suddenly and without warning."
